Not knowing it was lost, I waited a couple weeks to come in person since whenever I try to call it rings once and then goes to 30 second long message to leave a voicemail. The owner, Pat, refilled it out for me and assured me they will contact Walgreens today. I get a missed call and return it 4 mins later for it to go straight to voicemail so I leave a message. Still no returned call and it's the next day. I have never had this kind of issue for a simple transfer.

Next day I get the text that my prescription is ready, and after standing in line for 15 minutes, I am told it is in fact not ready and I have to wait a half hour. This doesn't just happen to me... Additionally the Pharmacist weaponize the Assistants against us so we get snotty, snide attitude with arrogance, because they know CVS HQ will do nothing to them. I've contacted CVS HQ, and they do nothing to check the behavior of their Pharmacist. Target can do nothing since it does not employ the CVS staff. What Target could do is cancel the CVS contract since SO many of us have run into the same off-the-chart rude, insolent, arrogant behavior and retribution.

Instead, I got courteous, prompt, and caring service. So far I've filled two prescriptions here, having one delivered and picking up the other. The physical location is very close to my workplace, so it's very easy for me to pop over and pick up a prescription, but delivery was also very quick and easy. The courier was communicative and prompt. There were some issues with the second prescription, and the pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very responsive and committed to helping resolve the problem and making sure I got my medication on time. Capsule has an app and even offers texting so you can keep in touch with the pharmacists in real time - and they will actually text you! And your medication comes in a cute little brown paper bag for an extra personalized touch. I had an excellent experience both times and now I actually look forward to filling a prescription instead of dreading a pharmacy visit. Capsule all the way.

After going…read moreto Riteaid for 24 years, and always having good service, easy parking, and fast pick ups, I wasn't happy. While I shop at Freddie's weekly, whenever I glanced at the pharmacy, the lines were incredibly long, so willingly, I never would have chosen them as my pharmacy. Plus, the parking. You can't park right up front and get in and out quickly. So far I have gone twice. The lines were long but they moved surprisingly fast. There are several reps waiting on customers, which helps. At Riteaid or Walgreens or CVS, they have one. Both times, the service was fast, friendly and efficient. They were happy to accommodate me after seeing the copay with my insurance was over $158. With GoodRX it was $52, so the rep process the prescription through GoodRX. There was no pushback. In the past, when asking the same at Safeway, my request was received with sighs of inconvenience. Will have to give it time as we are just starting our relationship, but so far, all good.

My most recent experience I thought I had another regular upper respiratory viral infection. I typically frequent the Cedar Hills location and apparently different locations computers do not talk to one another. Several years ago, I recall I had a viral infection, and a staff member advised of this product that immediately cleared it up. I called to see if they could look up my profile to see what that might be. The women I spoke to said they had been having challenges, and couldn't see anything. She advised taking Oregano Oil. I happen to have some on hand, but hadn't realized it helped with viral. I began taking it and slowly felt better. Two days later, I thought just to be on the safe side I would take a COVID test, which was positive. I was super surprised as the Oregano Oil had helped my symptoms. A few days later I lost my sense of smell and taste. I increased my dosage of the oil, and within a few hours had regained my taste and smell. She also mentioned they now have the pill form, so I no longer had to endure the horrible taste of the oil form. After my recovery I went to the Cedar Hills location to stock up on the pill form, and the women there was amazing too. She also mentioned the Oregano Oil had helped her get through COVID on two different occasions. I trust the staff here more than my own doctor. What they recommend doesn't give you side effects or just give you temporary relief. It actually helps you get healthy, and in my case even get through COVID.

That can take a while, as the store appears to be minimally staffed. My wife had a prescription sent there on Sunday morning. There was a single person on duty at the pharmacy. Her simple prescription (an antibiotic ointment, and antibiotic pills) took three hours to prepare, and two hours past the first "your prescription is ready for pickup" text message. But, that aside, it was a relief to find a store with a pharmacy still operating in this downtown location near our hotel. So although ours wasn't the best experience, we appreciated that CVS is still open amid difficult urban circumstances. Oh, a bonus was that we discovered this CVS also sells wine, and the prices are not jacked up to hotel levels. That was also much appreciated.

Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate. Main issue are the people on the counter? They are so many things other than a competent nice and knowledgeable about medical conditions, drugs, and patient rights specifically HIPAA second time I fill up a prescription here. The pharmacist makes me wait for five minutes with no one at the pharmacy but three people behind the counter, all looking at a computer screen. They need three people to look at that screen. She finally comes to me and says what can I do for you as I need to get a refill she said what is it? I said I would rather not broadcast my prescription and thus my medical condition to the people in the neighborhood, this was in front of everyone if you don't mind if I can just provide some identifying information (which is what she should have asked for in the first place) all a while thinking about the HIPPA laws that were just violated. There is no available phone service, only option for questions is to drive to the store, which for the poor and vulnerable, poses safely for use of prescription medications and regimens. I have been a nurse for more than 30 years , and I am beyond concerned for there rude behavior, and poor business practices. I will be filling a formal complaint with the state in hopes there will be a change in practice.
