They are also right by the Hollywood Transit Center, which means I can get here easily by bus and MAX. They share parking with Trader Joe's which is probably the biggest challenge, but I usually find parking on nearby streets. I was checking out and realized I forgot something, and she gave me the death stare. I went over to that section and needed a minute to find what I needed, and she was very impatient (nobody else was even there) and she rudely explained I needed to press the button to get her attention, when I wasn't ready for her to unlock anything yet. and then when I went to check out, I heard her say very loudly to the worker behind me "everybody should work in customer service at least once" or something like that, I believe talking about me. I was very nice and very apologetic and was not a difficult customer by a long shot. I've worked in retail/customer service my entire life and have dealt with some really horrible people, so I try to make it easy. and I realize that having to unlock everything isn't exactly fun, but she acted like it was my fault everything was locked up....I was in there way more often than she was and haven't seen her since and also haven't gone back in a while cause it's sketchy asf outside that store, but I hope she checks her attitude cause miss girl doesn't even know what it's like to actually handle difficult customers...that being said, everybody else I've seen there has been very nice and helpful, and I hope they all find better places to work at

Instead, I got courteous, prompt, and caring service. So far I've filled two prescriptions here, having one delivered and picking up the other. The physical location is very close to my workplace, so it's very easy for me to pop over and pick up a prescription, but delivery was also very quick and easy. The courier was communicative and prompt. There were some issues with the second prescription, and the pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very responsive and committed to helping resolve the problem and making sure I got my medication on time. Capsule has an app and even offers texting so you can keep in touch with the pharmacists in real time - and they will actually text you! And your medication comes in a cute little brown paper bag for an extra personalized touch. I had an excellent experience both times and now I actually look forward to filling a prescription instead of dreading a pharmacy visit. Capsule all the way.

But with it being the closest thing within walking distance from my hotel to grab snacks, drinks, and forgotten items, it was a welcomed sight. Inside, I am assuming because of high theft, everything is on lock down. At least on the first floor. I did not venture up to the second floor so I cannot speak to that. Well, most things are locked up, but there are a few things near the registers that are not locked up, but those are smaller items that are more convenient. What you need to know when you come here is that you should have your shopping list completed in at least your head so that you complete your shop as quickly as possible. Also for the mere fact that you will need an employee with you to unlock each individual area that you may need an item from. Checking out is a bit easier, mostly self serve kiosks to check out. However, if you need a bag as the number of items you got are more than you can carry, either bring a bag with you or try to find that employee again to get you a bag from behind the counter.

Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate.
