Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. Thing is my front bump and the lip are coming off and unclipped. It's not a huge deal but i do need to take it to be properly put back on. I'll admit I have yet to contact them about this as I got this work done in December but given the other review I thought I should mention this. It should also be noted that another shop had issues getting this bumper and lip to stay on a much smaller fender bender years prior. I think the return time was around 3/4 weeks which I thought was acceptable. Shop was easy to get ahold of and pretty nice. I truly think these are good people but and maybe my boy work is a result of just the odd bumper shape or maybe this place didn't do the best paneling. I definitely have seen worse and minus the fact my bumper is kind of coming off I think they did well. Especially the detail it actually looked better than 300$ details I've paid for. Would be five stars if my bumper didn't have this lil issue, if they're willing to try and re attach it five stars no question. We shall see I'll update the review with how it goes.
