I thought I maybe died and went to heaven with the hot stones and the hot towel. He was great- made sure I left with the smoothest heels and well filed nails. I had a gel mani with Holly? Next. She was precise and intentional with the filing and painting. The best amount of pressure for a hand massage. I would have been cool with it lasting 30more minutes. Color selection was good for gel paint but I got the idea there may be a better selection with dip. Pricing was fair. Overall I think this place is 5 stars because it's VERY clean, relaxing environment and everyone was so attentive and polite. I love when I can get my nails done in a place that is friendly without being overly talkative. Relaxing and centering. I will be back. Like tomorrow. Lol jk- but soon!

I asked for a full acrylic set (coffin shape), gel polish, & design. Luna told me the prices for everything before I arrived. $28 for the full set, coffin shape $5, gel polish $10, and design would vary & she would discuss with me when I arrived. When I arrived for my 11am appointment they were running late, so I did wait about 15 mins. However, once I was seated the young man who did my set was quick, efficient, and shaped my nails exactly as I asked (I didn't catch his name). While he was shaping, Luna met with me to talk color and design. She helped me choose a color & I showed her what I was looking for. Once he finished I went to her station where I got a nude pink/silver glitter ombré & on my ring fingers I asked for a snowflake design w/rhinestone. She put on a rhinestone snowflake instead of drawing one & put smaller rhinestones with it as well. All in all it took about 1:45 mins (including my 15 min wait). Luna told me Mon-Wed they have discounts so to take advantage of that when I come back. I certainly will do! I paid $67 for everything which I felt was relatively reasonable given what she told me originally & the rhinestones I got (pictures below). Absolutely will return for my fill & cant wait to try new designs! Very happy.

The gel nails was the most disappointing part. I know how to do gel nail's myself, I just wanted someone else to do it for the wedding and I regret it. I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time however I had gone quite frequently in the past to an amazing nail technician and place. One - it's very cold in there. Not too pleasant when you're sitting there for nails, and wearing fairly warm shoes. Two - the "quick dry" spray doesn't dry. Not to put your coat on isn't an option in the winter in New England. Having a place to dry your nails needs to be in place or atleast communicating to your client just sit here for x more minutes then we can check them. And lastly a smooth looking nail is expected when you pay for nails. I do my nails all the time at home the only different is that smooth finish you hope to achieve by a nail technician. The simple nail art did come out beautiful. Honestly, the salon itself is a no for me altogether with a less than average experience. I don't recommend it. I can be more specific of other issues but I honestly don't like leaving these kinds of reviews. I think the salon owner needs to pay more attention to details while there are far too many nail salons to choose from that capitalize on one of these issues. Maybe it was a bad first experience but i won't be returning.
