I ordered a pork belly banh mi with chili peppers included, and I was surprised by how big it was and how close to the traditional banh mi it was. The real difference would be the use of the chili peppers vs. jalapenos (maybe that's just an American thing) and the shredded pork belly versus cuts of it.
