They tell you they will offer a 5% senior discount, but you have to ask and then they will balk park the amount and refuse to give the actual 5% discount. Telling you that its only x amount of dollars, it's no big deal. So it works out well for the company, but not so well for the customer. They will not be getting any more of my business read more

The staff I met while I was there were very welcoming and very friendly( Yeimy, Tim, Doug and Nate). They made sure I was comfortable, if I needed something to drink they had water and also snacks available. They were very helpful and showed me what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done, estimated time and cost. Also there is one service that they don't do but they still informed me about what needed to be done and where I can go for the service. I really appreciate you guys and thank you very much! The transmission on my truck went out on a Friday and call Pheiffer transmission. I had no Drive or third gear. I got truck home in 2nd gear. They said they were real busy but I could bring it by, but they might not be able to look at it till Monday. Witch I could understated calling just before noon on a Friday. I asked how about if I get it to you first thing Monday, and they said no problem. I gave them my truck and keys when the first opened on Monday. Before my lunch at 11:00am they gave me the bad news of needing a rebuild. The lady I talked to answered all of my questions and was very nice. Gave me a price and said it would be done in 2 to 3 days. On Wednesday around noon I got the call my truck was ready for pickup with no change in the price I was quoted. It has been only a few weeks but everything is great so far. I would recommend Pheiffer to a friend. read more

My wife's family has been using Pfeiffer Transmission since the 90's for all of their transmission needs and they have only had the best experiences with them. When they had a solenoid issue Pfeiffer diagnosed and fixed the problem instead of selling them a whole rebuild for just one bad solenoid. My first personal experience came in 2015 when my beloved 1986 Diesel f250 blew the jasper reman transmission that the previous owner installed in the mid 00's, and in less than 10 days (they got me one of the the last vac control valves in north america so it took some time) they rebuilt the 3 speed automatic and it was better than ever. If you have a classic, a paid for car you want to keep, or just want the best service at a fair price, call Pfeiffer, they find and fix the REAL problem instead of trying to rip people off like so many transmission shops do these days. The prices they quote are fair and the work is of the best quality and well worth it. In 10 years of working on my own cars and 4 years in the automotive service business i have never seen a better transmission shop with better service and integrity.
