While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well. The technician claimed he didn't touch the panel to perform the oil change. yet they jerry-rigged it with a zip tie rather than ordering the correct part or offering to replace it when I brought the vehicle back in for repair. They took no ownership of the issue and didn't even apologize. I've serviced both of my vehicles here for years without a single problem, but the moment an issue arised that they caused, they refused to take responsibility of it and offered only a half-assed fix. If it wasn't their fault, why would they even touch the panel to fix it after I dropped it off. I will no longer be bringing either of my vehicles to have them serviced at this location.

You can tell by talking to him that he cares about the customer and just really just loves to work on cars, and isn't out to take all your money, which I really, really appreciate, especially in this industry. You'll see on their website that their motto is "Where Customers Become Friends". You know how sometimes you'll read hokey stuff like that and just kinda wave it off? This is truly a place where you'll feel that way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
