I have been to about 4 different groomers in the area and this has become my pup's monthly go-to spot. Clean, professional, and helpful if you are not satisfied. read more

Sadly, our experience with PetzCharm has changed drastically, and it genuinely breaks my heart to write this review. I wanted so badly to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially considering how wonderful our first few visits were. However, after multiple disappointing experiences and no improvement, I can no longer overlook the decline in the quality of care and service. I'm not sure what has changed. Perhaps ownership or management is no longer as involved, as I haven't seen them on-site during any of our recent visits. Whatever the reason, the level of service we've received lately has been extremely disappointing. Our last three visits have resulted in choppy, uneven haircuts, our dogs not smelling freshly groomed, and, most concerning of all, serious health concerns for our Pomeranian. Our Pomeranian has a collapsing trachea, a condition we have explicitly communicated at EVERY drop-off. We have repeatedly emphasized that absolutely nothing can be placed around his neck because any pressure can compromise his breathing and trigger severe episodes of seizures. During our most recent visit on Saturday, I once again explained how dangerous anything around his neck could be. Yet, when I picked him up, he was wearing a bow tie so incredibly tight that I could not even fit a finger underneath it. This was not simply an overlooked grooming preference. It was a serious safety concern involving a medical condition we have communicated over and over again. What makes this even more upsetting is that I genuinely tried to address these concerns privately before writing this review. I called on Friday prior to our appointment, hoping to speak with the owners and share what had been happening on our last few visits, but the person who answered, who has also been present during our recent visits, showed little concern for questions-- which included "who will be grooming my dogs during tomorrows appt?" as I was hoping to have someone else different from the prior services and the response was "oh, I don't know who." I truly hate leaving this review because we once had such positive experiences here and genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business. Unfortunately, when it comes to our pets, their health, safety, and well-being must always come first. After multiple chances and repeated concerns being disregarded, we have made the difficult decision not to return. I sincerely hope ownership takes the time to address these issues, because it is a lovely salon with great potential to continue offering great service. read more

My second visit but my first time with our fur baby. Greeted upon entrance, the space is open, which I appreciate. They seem to schedule drop-offs/pick-ups so you're the only customer, at least that's been my experience. I felt like our fur baby was well taken care of and happy. I will continue to bring him here and when my son comes to visit, his older cat as well. read more

A real bait and switch situation here. It says on the website that there is a 15% discount for the first visit but when I arrived, they said it should have an expiration date which had passed. I even showed the woman where it still says the discount at this exact moment and she said they won't honor it even though the website says it on there. Then they said anal glands are an extra $15, which wasn't worth it to me when it had been included with all our other groomers. I ended up leaving and going back to our old groomer after I found out the discount was not honored. Won't be back for sure and do not recommend. read more

My cat had an accident on a holiday weekend and not very many places take cats. The fact that they fit me in was a lifesaver but honestly, they were so good and kind and gentle and explained everything to me that I will definitely be going back with my fur baby read more

We have found our go-to pet groomer! I highly recommend this place! I love how the groomer is a cat-owner as well, so that put me at ease that my cat will be well taken care of. Love their customer service, very friendly! The wait was about an hour, so the location is very accessible to grab a quick eat while you wait. Once it was time to pick up our cat, she smelt VERY GOOD. the smell lasted for about a few days. Her fur was very soft and clean. We took our cat to this groomer on November and it is December now and she still feels smooth and silky. I also love how they provided her a cute bow after her appointment! I think the price is worth it because of the customer service, and how long the cleaning products last. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're looking for a great groomer. read more

Pretty good experience. My pet smelled good and seemed happy after the appointment. I paid for deshedding and my cat was still shedding pretty bad. I felt as if she could have been brushed or combed more thoroughly, especially her tail. Overall a good experience. read more

***updated response to the owner statement**+ Lies and failure to take responsibility for their actions. 1. If he had matting like you state, I would have been charged the $45 matting fee. I wasn't which implies there wasn't any. 2. I was not immediately informed of what you did to him. I was there for approximately 10 minutes waiting with no other customers present. This would have been the ideal time to inform me of your actions instead of 10-15 minutes after I leave. Then I received a call stating he was "nicked" not that you cut something off the size of a quarter which was identified during drop off. 3. You 100% tried to hide it by putting his service dog vest over the wound. If you were trying to be honest and transparent about the injury, your groomer would have simply put his leash on his collar which would made the wound visible. Then you tried on the call and below to shift blame to everything else except your business and groomers. You even blamed the receptionist multiple times for actions that she didn't and couldn't have done. For the next customer try being TRUTHFUL!! DON'T LIE ABOUT IT. Honestly and accountability goes a long way. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!! Took my service dog in to get groomed today @ 10. It's our first time. I tell them specially what I want in a cut, advise he's just recovered from an ear infection, and showed them his wart. I explicitly stated the vet said DON'T cut it. I was quoted 2-3 hrs and would get a call 20 mins before he was ready. When 2 rolls around, I call. They tell me it will be another 45 mins. I go ahead and let them know I'm omw. I get there at around 2:30, and he's still not ready. Someone (groomer) brings him out at 2:49 and ask if I like the cut. I mentioned I don't like his ears but have to go as I have another appt. While the 2 hour after quotes time is bad enough, it gets worse. I pay and we leave. We are about 5 mins away when I get a call saying, the groomer downstairs "nicked" his wart and they were just made aware. Ok a nick isn't much so I will check when I get home. They lied. It was way more than a nick and they tried to hide it under his vest! Someone pretty much cut off the growth, put some random cream on it, covered it with his vest, and hair!!! Like WTF!! This was the size of a quarter when I took him and fleshy pink. You couldn't miss it. Now, it's barely the size of a dime, and he's jumpy if I get close to it. Don't take your babies there if you want them safe. Can't believe someone would do this to him then lie saying you nicked him. A nick is a small oops. This was way more Update: got a call from the "manager" and he tried to blame it all on the "new" receptionist. The receptionist only took him to the back. She is not the person that brought him to me which means she couldn't have been the one to try to hide it by putting his service dog vest over it. The receptionist was sitting at the front desk with me!! It is also not a little cut as previously stated. Someone cut the growth off!! read more

Our pup looks perfect with or without a grooming session but wow, they make "perfect" look next-level! The team here does a phenomenal job - with care, professionalism, and a whole lot of love. I only write reviews when I'm seriously impressed (or the opposite), so the fact that I'm typing this says it all. Consider this my happy bark of approval! read more

Ellen and her team did a great job with my long-haired cat. The shop was clean and inviting and Ellen took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my cat's coat trimmed. She did a wonderful job and Niko looked amazing! I would definitely recommend Petz Charm and we'll be coming back! read more

It was my dog's first time going to a groomer. He's 8.5 years old and timid in new situations. The groomer put him and me at ease. He looked so much younger and healthier when I picked him up. He was relaxed and comfortable when I picked him up. I will definitely bring him back. read more

My toy poodle always comes out looking and smelling great. And the shop's owners are lovely and kind.

Petzcharm literally saved my little senior Bichon! Unfortunately because of his age he had to go through so many different groomers , his last groomers in Vienna were completely careless and he came back with nose bleed and once was limping they did not do the job and charged us the full grooming price! Twice he came back with no nails cut we found out when we got home! When we complained they doubled down with a excuses!! Petzcharm's groomer Ana and the owners were companionate and professional they took out a big mat he had and he came home happy and finally could sleep that night! His hair is growing and even though he is a senior he is looking cute again! Please be careful where you taking your pets there are many new businesses in the area that don't care and just want easy money!! read more

My 16+ year old shih tzu came out happy, looking sharp, and smelling sweet. The price was reasonable. The groomer was caring and gentle.

Brought my ragdolls there for the first time this afternoon and - man - was I impressed! Beautiful clean space and the two staff I met with (Sean and Ellen) were so amazingly friendly and professional and talked to me prior about the service and what to expect. And Ellen did an absolutely excellent job. She made my sweet kittens fluffy, clean and gorgeous . Both with the cutest little bows. Not too many cat groomers around and I'm so glad I found them. Highly recommend this place! read more
