Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

I'm also grateful that this place is strictly SALTWATER. No real estate is wasted here on goldfish. Just triggers, lionfish, and gobies (oh my!). Note: They only sell saltwater fish and livestock. You won't find fresh water fish here. There were no dead fish or rude employees on their phone. Don't believe the negative reviews. I have experienced repeated losses with fish purchased from this store, as they have died shortly…read moreafter being brought home. When I contacted the owner, I was told that in order to discuss a resolution, I would need to provide the deceased fish, full tank parameters, and the original receipt...even if the fish had already been responsibly removed and disposed of. While requesting water parameters and proof of purchase is understandable, requiring the physical body of the fish after proper disposal is unreasonable. It also feels dismissive to immediately suggest that the issue lies with my tank or tank mates. I maintain a well-established, heavily planted aquarium with stable parameters and compatible species, and I have successfully introduced fish from other retailers without any problems. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning to this business. Not to mention the lady seems to hover over you the whole time you're trying to shop and it makes you feel rushed.
