She offered to groom him at no charge if I came back to her pet salon. I was a little skeptical and tried a couple groomers for my dog. Let me tell you it is really hard to find a good groomer, one where you feel a comfortable vibe leaving your pet. We went back to Nell, not because of the free groom she offered us, but because my dog truly loves it there and we wanted to give them another try. Nell personally groomed my dog and stayed true to her word for the free groom. My dog is super happy to be back there and she did a wonderful job. We found our forever home for grooming. We've tried finding a groomer near us but haven't been happy with them. He's not typically an anxious dog and gets anxious with groomers now. Well, we had enough of that and drove back to Nel's. For the first time in years he was happy at the groomers. I really think a lot of it is Nel. She works with the dogs. She took her time. She let's the dogs hang out instead of crating, which our pup much prefers. We will keep going back.

We have been clients there for over a year now, EVERY experience has been wonderful! From the front desk staff to the playfield staff, trainers, dog handlers, EVERYONE is professional, caring and attentive. Levi is trained there once a week and every trainer is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring and incredible! Levi is a challenging dog and he has learned sooo much impulse control there and is on his way to being a gentleman! The playfield staff is on the ball and aware of everything going on around them. They pick up waste promptly and also give LOTS AND LOTS OF TLC to the pups! Levi has boarded there many times as well and it is such a comfort to us to know that he is being lovingly and professionally cared for during those times where we have to board him. He ALWAYS comes home happy and exhausted!! Canine College is a MUST for socialization with other dogs/people and it also gives dogs important mental stimulation. We would be LOST without Canine College! They are a Godsend!!

My dog loves going here, and it is the only place I trust with him. They don't nickel-and-dime you for every service you have done (like if your dog needs medication or has to have his paws wiped down at the end of the day) like so many other places. They play with the dogs, and when I pick up my dog, sometimes, he is not ready to leave as he loves playing with the other dogs in daycare. It's clean, friendly, and safe. Prices are very fair. And they require that all dogs be updated with shots and fecal. So if you are looking for a great place to board your dog where they will have a great time and you will not have to worry about them, Canine College is the place for them.

Not only are the Australian requirements complicated and long, Covid took out almost all flights. Thankfully, Jennifer and Britt's Bow Wow were with us every step of the way. Even from the first inquiry, she took the time to explain the process and a very detailed quote with different options whereas other companies sent generalized emails with twice the price quoted. The process went smoothly at first with Jennifer keeping us updated on everything and patiently answering all my many emails throughout. When the airlines had a miscommunication (by no fault of Britt's Bow Wow or myself) she was there working all day to make sure our Pup could get on a plane. We were useless as we had already made it to Australia ourselves and no longer had phone service. Jennifer even used WhatsApp to give us a call to make sure we understood everything that was happening and that our dog was going to be alright. She and Chris the owner were able to get our dog on the next flight and now our happy pup is all settled in our new home in Australia. So ridiculously grateful to have found Britt's Bow Wow! I just can't stop recommending for anyone who is looking to relocate their pet internationally. Thank you for all you do! Megan S. (and Oliver )

This place came recommended as we were looking for a great place not a good place a great place to…read moretake our Two German Shepherd's they are two and three years old and have never ever been boarded. We had every red flag before we took them here and left them for five days. Leading up to taking the dogs here we called them several times and left messages asking if they had availability and if we can take the dogs there so we and the dogs could check the place out. No one ever called us so about two weeks go by and we tell the girl that answered Can we come up there NOW today she said yes at three so we went the place was old but clean and they told us the our two dogs could be together in the kennels in the back and they could go in and out and they could we could see that. So we book the date and the girl said as far the dogs shots and all that like any other boarding place the vet just e mails it over. And the girl said pack your dogs whatever toys bones etc..So the flight was leaving that Monday at six am so we had to take the dogs the Sunday before. No problem get there the lady I guess lives at the kennel came out said we woke her up and she was discombobulated and out of it. So she says where's the paperwork we explained the girl said the vet could email tomorrow she said nope she needs the paperwork NOW. After 45 mins of haggling she says ok send it tomorrow. Great. Then I give the lady the bucket of food and a bag this bag had what you could imagine for two dogs who we consider family we have never left alone so we had bones toys treats two of our shirts with perfume and cologne on them pig ears I mean over the top we were sad we were leaving them. That Monday roles around they never called about the paperwork so we never sent it. Friday roles around we call hey coming in 45 mins to get the dogs . We get there the girl says we love your dogs we love playing with them last time they were here they loved it mind you the dogs have never been there and she called both dogs the wrong name at that point who fuking cares we just want our dogs. So we walk back there wand get them and they are howling and they never howl but they were happy. My wife takes the dogs I grab the food and that bag that Big bag Full of there toys medicine I forgot they had allergy medicine and the two shirts and just a bunch of stuff spoiled dogs get . We get in the car the bag was never even touched not one toy out of the package not one pigs ear out of the wrapper the mess still in the bottle not open the two shirts the two damn shirts still folded. If the place would of just said look your dogs will be safe this is a no thrills place they won't get toys or played with but on the other hand we won't poke sticks in there kennels and be mean to them I'd say ok at least you know what your getting. So that's what you're getting. And jefe and Honcho don't play that game .

I waited a couple days and called. When I asked how he was doing, they laughed and said he was having a great time. This was definitely true, as he didn't want to leave when I picked him up. They also gave him a bath and trimmed his nails (for a small price). The next day I received a call to let me know that they still had his jacket, and when I went to pick up they remembered who I was. Cannot recommend more!
