On Thursday, December 25, 2020, I took my puppy to have his hair cut and he always charged me 25 dollars and that day they charged me 48 dollars and they told me that in 4 hours and when I went to pick him up they did not cut anything. I told them and they cut it but they made it very ugly and they looked very bad. I am very upset and it makes me very angry because because it is Christmas they altered the price a lot and they do not see their work. I do not remember the name of the woman who cut her hair but it is obvious that she does not know and they do not hire trained personnel for that job. Love this place! I got a new puppy, my first dog, and was CLUELESS!! The staff really helped me navigate owning a dog, especially a rowdy puppy, and never got impatient with myself or the jumpy yelly dog. There's a young woman there, I believe named Rory, who just went above and beyond with my pup, helping me set up training, finding him a halter that fits, and finding him treats that he loves. It's basically my dogs favorite place now even though he's kinda the worst. It's my go to stop for him!!! read more

What a horrible experience! I brought my dog in for a $100+ package--bath, grooming, Furminator, tooth-brushing. I was told the whole shebang would take three to five hours. SEVEN hours later, when I finally got a text (not the call I was promised) saying she was ready for pick-up, I discovered a damaged dog. She has large cuts on two separate areas of her underbelly. PetSmart held her so long to stop the bleeding, I'm sure. Five days later, the poor pup is still licking and biting at those wounds. This was bad, and made worse by the staff not pointing out their error. In fact, Gigi's groomer wasn't even around for the pick-up. I'll bet she was hiding or fired. read more

Petsmart has always been a favorite of mine with their Pet Perks program. This location offers a lot for various types of pets; however, I only have a cat. They continually offer many fully stocked options for cats in many things from food, litter, toys, etc. The customer service at this location is very strong. On a recent visit I was comparing different types of cat food and the employee stopped to ask, informed me of the differences, and allowed me to make my own informed decision. That is something I think would surprise many of us while we are shopping and yet that is what keeps me very satisfied with this pet store location. read more

Please never buy your small pets from Petsmart. The places that Petsmart gets their small animals from are basically puppy mills. If you want a small pet, please adopt or find a reputable breeder until Petsmart changes their ways. Also please do your research about the pet food Petsmart sells. The other day I came into this location and there was a dead hamster sitting in a cage on the end of the register. Out in the open. It was only when a little boy walked up to the hamster that they made any attempt to hide it, but still it took them forever to. The Beta fish here are always sick and their water is gross. This place is absolutely amazing. I was going through a tough time after my wife died and the dog she gave me was murdered. In my spare time I found I needed companionship, PetSmart was there for me when nobody else was. It's always well kept and very neat, but I always go for the companionship. I go often to visit with the fluffy dogs there. In the end, we all need companionship. read more

I have been searching for a long hair syrian/teddy bear hamster for weeks. Been to 10 pet stores. The man who answered my small pets call was able to explain why these cute little pets are so hard to find. The best dog groomers in town! Had a different technician every time for the last 8 years of my dogs life and never disappointed! Now our new puppy goes here; he has been known to be uncooperative at other groomers, but Danny knows how to work her magic ... every groomer at this store deserves utmost respect! I took my kitten (who had a few flees) here for his first bath and he was a bit nervous but once he got home I noticed he was more playful and more relaxed which also means he was treated kindly. His groomer Drianna was literally picking out fleas and killing them which was such a nice gesture, she was just so nice and helpful as was the other staff. I would definitely recommend. I own a business myself and I do my very best to give those who provide me with services all the opportunities to fix their wrongs... but all is about customer service real honest heartedly customer service, every single penny one spend it has to give back in customer service, is call client/customer retention, you know what they say, "happy customer, more $$$ spent as a loyal customer" Took my dog for all types of treatment to get him ready to be able to travel overseas spent "A LOT OF MONEY" but that's what you do when you care for your pet, well some of the paperwork was done incorrectly so I called the vet to have it fixed, over the phone very nice once we got scheduled, once at the vet then there was a very different story and different vet which she wanted to charge all that " a lot of money all over again" just to fix their mistakes, what do you in that case? You have to get mad and angry and complain, no I don't think so, remember client/customer retention particularly if the service provider caused the issues... it took me getting very upset, angry and very disappointed to get half help read more

This is a review for Banfield. I've been to many but this location is terrible. They seem to not want to take any patients. Also scheduled an appointment and they never really created one so I waited a week to see the vet to come and be turned away because they failed to actually give me an appointment. With my busy schedule and the fact that my dog needs these shots right away, this Banfield has been a pain. read more

All their animals are supposedly seen by vets yet I took my newly adopted guinea pig to the vet as she was definitely sick to find out she had a respiratory infection and mites, meaning the 3 others she was living with have gotten them too and are being sent home that way. Stay away, stick to reputable small animal breeders. read more

I really enjoy the fact that this store is convenient for me, but I have encountered 2 very rude employees since I started shopping at this location. It is hit or miss at this place. Sometimes I go in and they are extremely nice and then WHAM!!! ANOTHER rude employee. If you don't enjoy your job, please find one where you don't deal with the public. read more

The store is very convenient and I use Banfield, training and the groomers for our pets. On several occasion we had interactions with the "manager" Sam. She has terrible customer service skills and is rude. When picking up a pet on Sunday from grooming, instead of checking out the line of people from the grooming salon she proceeded to stand there and stated: "I'll be with you when I can". Two people walked out without paying after ten minutes. When she could finally make it to the register she was extremely rude and made a point to slam things around the register. We attempted to speak to another manager and made formal complaints corporate. Their is no excuse for behavior like this. She is most definitely not worth the pay she is receiving. read more

Best grooming in town!! After a couple of mishaps at other places (paws being clipped), I came into PetSmart with low expectations...standard poodles are not the easiest to groom properly. Wow am I ever glad I did. Drianna is the best. So caring and loving! My Coco always comes home show ready, looking her best, and properly groomed. I took my dog for grooming here and they didn't do a good job. But the worst part my dog became sick hours later and pets smart was the only place I took him that day. I don't recommend this DIRTY place. Find another place to groom your dog. read more

I just received a msg from my friend in Florida that their beautiful pup was treated abusively during what Pet Smart advertises as positive re-enforcement dog training. They have happily spared no amount of money for their new family addition and this is what they got for their $$$. Hello, in their words they have spent large sums of money at this Pet Smart. The Manager was Vinny and trainer was Morgan. Run from this store! This trainer should be fired! Do NOT let your dog attend classes at this store until Morgan has been removed. UNACCEPTABLE!! The manager offered a partial refund. This is NOT about $$. This is about animal cruelty from a PET store. In my friend's words: "We went to puppy class and the trainer knocked Georgie down and grabbed her face and twisted her head. Georgie hadn't done anything wrong other than give her her paw instead of come." I purchased a fish from this store that would not eat. I asked the lady at the store and she said it was normal for them not to eat for up to ten days. The fish ended up dying I went to petco and got another fish that seems much healthier. The person at petco was much more knowledgeable and friendly. read more

Awful experience at this groomer!!! I brought in my 2 Shih Tzu's and 1 Lab to PetSmart because their normal groomer was out of town. They had 12pm appointments, but did not get groomed until 4:30-5pm. I had no idea that my girls would be in cages for that many hours. My 2 Shih Tzu's then ended up getting horrible hotspots from the grooming. (They get that from bad grooming practices.) When I was finally able to get the girls at 6pm they were not given bandana's. (I know that sounds stupid, but I asked specifically for bandanas when I dropped them off and was told that it was part of it.I was then made to feel like I was asking for something that I didn't pay for. ) I was so ready to get out of there and never look back. This was a few months ago, however they keep calling me to tell me that the girls have not been back. I have spoken with them about my dissatisfaction and asked them to not call again. They still continue to call. I will continue to take them to Woof Gang Bakery in Downtown Winter Garden. Same price, but healthy practices and great customer service. I would not subject your dogs to this place. read more
