We were bit worried about being able to have access to updates but the team was able to send via email so we were never out of the loop! This was our first time boarding Margot and we were concerned about how anxious she might get. She was adopted from a hoarding situation and is still getting used to the world. I shouldn't have even bothered to worry because the team went above and beyond to work at her pace and make sure she felt comfortable. We received daily updates of how she was doing and even saw her make new friends. When we picked her up she didn't even seem like she wanted to go--in fact when we took her outside later and home she tried to run back to the car (we think she's ready for another week of puppy camp as we call it). Another thing we love about Rocky's is they are inclusive of dogs with additional needs. It's hard to find places that truly care for your pets like you do, and safe to say we lucked out with this one. Can't wait for the next time!

There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I'm glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn't happened on any of the occasions they've stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn't a safe environment for them. It's been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it's taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it's reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they're away from home. They're getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. If your pups are a big part of your family like they are for us, check out Puppy Dreams where they'll be treated like they should be!

After boarding at other local kennels, we can actually say we haven't had problems (e.g. dog wounds that required vet visit, smelling like urine, etc). Overall: Great place with excellent staff. Service: 5-stars- Since the first time we took him they knew our boy by name. They have always been friendly, personable, helpful. They even take photos of the dogs playing and end up showcasing there tenants. We can call anytime during business hours and get updates. He is nice and clean from his bath; however, make sure you know when they will give your kid a bath vs your pickup- no playing with others after bath. Environment: 4 stars- Small facility holding around 30+ something dogs. Facility is clean and well kept. The individual rooms are more like little stalls with no windows or anything so no view unless the dog is tall enough to look over. The biggest plus is they have two large grass, fenced in areas for the kids to run free and use bathrooms. They really don't have an indoor run but a small room upfront that can be used for indoor play. Most local facilities have little or no grass areas and indoor play areas but no outdoor play areas. Fees: 5-stars. Beats everyone around we have tried from day and overnight boarding, bathes, etc.

Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. A lot of people always talk about wanting to have more obedient dogs. This is the place to go.

They had previously been boarded at another…read morefacility but they were fully booked and Woof Tang, while quite a drive, was highly rated and had the cameras for their rooms that we love to have. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

They have always stayed at their vet until now so I was nervous about leaving them in a new place, especially the older one. They were VERY well taken care of and came home so happy, and with no upset tummies which always happened at the vet. The caretakers sent photos, answered my texts/calls, and just all around made the experience for the pups very comfortable and loved. I never felt like we were a burden or that they weren't wanted. We were welcomed from the first phone call inquiry about boarding and daycare. Petsuites is more than what we paid when they boarded at the vet BUT their rooms are larger, they get play time with other furry babies, more potty walks, and loved on by many caretakers. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies. They will be back!

My husband and I have trusted PetSuites with our puppy, Marie, several times over the past year,…read morewhich is why this most recent experience was so upsetting. In the past, we've always had great experiences here. We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

While we were on vacation, I frequently checked the facility cameras and never once saw Jack. When we arrived to pick him up, we were informed that on the first day of boarding, he had appeared nervous in the play yard and was attempting to get out. Based on that observation, Pet Paradise made the decision to remove him from day play for the remainder of his stay. The issue is that no one ever contacted us to discuss this decision or ask for our input. Knowing Jack, we believe he would have adjusted and been perfectly fine participating in day play. While Pet Paradise did remove the charge from our bill, the decision was made without our knowledge or consent, even though we paid for that service when we booked his stay. Additionally, we paid to have Jack groomed before pickup, including nail trimming. We were told that the service could not be completed because he "kept trying to jump off the table." We have had Jack groomed at several other facilities over the years and have never encountered this issue. If a facility does not have the proper equipment or restraints needed to safely complete basic grooming services, those services should not be offered. The nail trim that was performed was extremely sloppy. Some nails were clipped while others were left untouched. One of his dewclaws still had a large piece of nail hanging off it, and we later discovered he had a cracked nail that, according to our veterinarian, may extend close to the quick. Unfortunately, the concerns did not end there. When we brought Jack home, he was not acting like himself. He slept nearly all day, showed little interest in food, and seemed lethargic. We initially assumed he was simply adjusting after boarding, but his condition continued for several days and eventually progressed to diarrhea. After taking him to the veterinarian, we learned that Jack was significantly dehydrated and required fluids. He was also diagnosed with Giardia, a parasite that requires medication and treatment. To date, we have incurred $387 in veterinary expenses directly related to issues discovered immediately following his stay, and those costs may continue to increase. Given the lack of communication regarding major decisions about our dog's care, the poor grooming quality, and the serious health concerns that arose immediately after boarding, we are extremely disappointed with our experience. Pet Paradise came highly recommended, which makes this outcome even more frustrating. We entrusted Pet Paradise with our dog's well-being while we were away. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling that important decisions were made without our involvement, services were not properly performed, and our dog returned home in significantly worse condition than when we dropped him off. We will not be returning.
