When I come here to purchase cat food of Medley's, Royal Canin, cat dried food and treats. The staff here is always professional and helpful when a question is needed to be answered by one of the staff members at Petsmart. I wish they had more of a selection of cat shampoo instead of limited selection to choose from when shampoo is needed that is hard to find elsewhere. Cassidy is always a helpful person when I come in to the store and ask for assistance. Cassidy always asked how the customer day is which is a nice thing to do when greeting a customer coming in and checking out and leaving the store. They have a lot of selections of pet food to choose from your dog or cat. Even dog beds, collars, harnesses, cat litter, cat litter boxes and live animals such as fish and others. read more

Made an early morning appointment for grooming on my way to work. Another store employee let me in because they weren't open yet. I walk into grooming. I stand there waiting on somebody to come from the back. Nobody comes. I pressed the little call button and I can see them through the window in the back. Still Nobody comes or acknowledges that I'm there. I walk out of the grooming salon to the cashier and ask Somebody go back there and tell them I'm standing here. They go back there and I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and my dog who already has anxiety, has managed to pee and poop on the floor. I clean it up. STILL NOBODY comes!! Finally 36 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the lady comes from the back and says unfortunately you were late and we can't accommodate you today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! My dog Sissy went to dog training with Tori. The first class did not go well. Sissy was so afraid that she hid under my stool and would not look at the trainer or me or anyone else. Tori took the time with her and trained her on a week night. She was the star student and passed her beginner exam with flying colors (honors). She also did well in the intermediate class with Tori. My scared rescue chi/pom has grown up to be a socialized well behaved dog. We had our final when there was an indoor adoption event (lots of barking and growling.) PetSmart - Sissy and Tori - Pet Training Near Me - Warner Robins, Georgia

I schedule an appointment for my two Goldendoodles to be groomed at PetSmart in Warner Robins, Georgia. My goldendoodles are almost 2 years old and they have been getting groomed every since they were six months old. They were first groomed at this PetSmart, but the groomer that they initially had moved to a private groomer and we decided to follow her because we like the services she provided. Since my dogs have been getting groomed on a regular basis, and they are used to getting haircuts and baths. After taking my dogs in on Sunday, I received a call that one of my dogs was aggressive and tried to bite Beth M and they could not provide services to him, and if I could bring him back on Wednesday when it was not so busy and loud. I took my dog back to Petsmart to be groomed by Beth M and stayed until she started the grooming process. I do admit my dog did have some matting in his tail, but his body was not matted. Once she started providing my dog with services I left. about 30 to 45 minutes later I received a call from another employee in the grooming salon saying that Beth M felt as if my dog was ready to leave. They gave him a haircut, but was not able to give him a bath. She wanted me to bring him back another day. While driving back to the store, I reached out to speak to the store manager, and I was told that she was unavailable. When I got to the grooming salon, Beth M had my dog on the grooming table, waiting on me to arrive, and there were two other ladies standing inside of the salon, neither one of them identified themselves to me as the store manager. I asked for the invoice to go pay for a half cut dog. (Body cut head not) I was told the service was free. When I exited the salon area I asked to speak with the manager again only for her to come out of the salon. She was one of the two women standing inside. I expressed my feelings and how unprofessional to me it was to be asked to bring my dog back for a third time. If he was so bad, why would you want me to bring him back? She then proceeded to tell me he snapped at one of the bathers twice. Let me say, I have never had my groomer to tell me either of my dogs have shown signs of aggression or bitting. I strongly feel Beth M did not want to service my dogs because of their size. I informed the store manager I would never use Petsmart again for anything. Also I would be writing a review and reaching out to Petsmart home office. I know I am just one person and me not coming want hurt the bottom line. The guy said they had two people call in sick and unfortunately they were running behind and couldn't take them. Brought my puppy in for for first trim. She is ultra laid back Labordoodle. They were supposed to trim face, feet, bottom. She was butchered! Awful cut, cut her face down to the skin and fried her hair with a blow dryer. She was one frizzy dried up puppy when I picked her up. Her beautiful curls were gone snd she looked like a huge cotton ball. They also must have sedated her. She was not even happy to see me snd was groggy all evening. Do not recommend. read more

I'm usually not the one to complain but as soon as I got my dog after getting groomed it looked like the just took a razor to him. He had a small open cut on his pee pee that turned into a staff infection all over his body our vet even told us that was probably the reasoning he got the infection. But they gave our 6 month old labradoodle staff infection we noticed after the grooming he had cuts on his stomach from their clippers and with in the week a rash broke out. so we came to our vet and they informed us about the infection. We understand that you can't prevent anything I just hope they see this so they can work harder to prevent it for future clients. I used to have a schnauzer until I took her to get groomed at Pet Smart. She now looks like a cross of a chihuahua and a poodle. The other dogs didn't recognize her! This hair cut left her traumatized, she doesn't feel like herself anymore, I am scared she might be depressed. Stopped going to Petsmart in Warner Robins due to enter at your own risk sign was posted regarding COVID-19. Why would I continue to get my dog groomed at Petsmart to risk my health because folks weren't social distancing, some without masks , you make an appointment but 10-15 people have the same time, curbside program for a disabled Veteran or anyone was a joke, grooming area is very filthy and customer service is very rude. They really do not have a wide selection when it comes to cat shampoos( I only saw one brand). I was sort of dissapointed. I never encountered that issue in other pet smarts. Also their cat tag selection is very poor. read more

This is a relatively small store compared to some others. Went in for a cat tree, but came out with a small scratcher. Cashier was friendly.

Petsmart in Warner Robins is a very organized and nice pet store. I have visited often in the last few months and they have everything I need for my pets. It's cool that they have Sample Saturday every first Saturday of the month. I like that you can price match to chewy.com too. The employees are very nice and helpful. read more

Before you make any large purchases here, know that your receipt "EXPIRES!" after 60 days. We purchased a wireless pit containment fence to prepare for a move and it turned out that the fence would not be effective at our new place. Petsmart refused to let me return it because of this policy. Just wanting make people more aware of this. read more

Got a three star for the prices of products and the knowledge of the employees. They do have a good variety of products to choose from that is if they are in stock. Most not all of the employees are knowledgeable of pets and or the products they sell. I love how they do adoptions but I wish they would do adoptions for the local Warner Robins shelter instead of the Perry shelter. read more

Very poor customer service and equally bad management. We needed to have our dog groomed before heading out of town and needed to hit the road as early as possible. When we contacted the PetSmart on Watson Blvd, we were told that they had a cancellation and would be happy to take her at 11 am. After a four hour wait (we were promised she'd be ready in 3-4 hours), we contacted PetSmart only to be told that they "had a mixup and our dog just had to wait." Ultimately, our dog spent almost 6 hours there. If at any point ANYONE, including the manager, would have simply apologized and owned up to the mistake, we could have let this go. Unfortunately, everyone we dealt with seemed to place the blame on us without explanation. There are other places with far better business practices and staff. Take your business there! read more

PetSmart has SHOT- VET for lowcost shots in warner robins . Will never go back , they are rude, lazy, very slow, unprofessional ,sitting around with 60 people in line. we stood for 2 hours 10 min. , then told us we have to register first, and skipped others before the rest us,after 2 hour of waiting , also not that much cheaper than the vet. would have rather paid the vet and get quality service. read more

I love the trainer Michelle here and the customer service in the main store is good, my issue is with the groomers. I have a large breed puppy who is well behaved and super sweet, he was scared and I watched as a groomer try to yank him on the table that he would have barely fit on, versus being patient and consoling him and doing it on the floor. Then the groomer got startled when he nipped at her due to the fact that he was terrified. WILL NOT be going back for services. They got the job done but she initially rushed and my dog left there all freaked out. read more
