Took my 2 girls there on a weekend trip to Destin. I have never boarded my girls before and I was a nervous Mama. All of the people there took wonderful care of my girls! They sent me videos of my girls playing and being happy pups. The prices are very reasonable and they LOVE your pups as their own. We checked in and they gave me a tour of the facility and could tell me specifics about other pups' personalities and specificities in such great detail that you'd think they were the pups' parents! Note to parents: take the time to fill out the form when you bring your babies in- and at the bottom put those tiny details about your fur babies..... these folks care and take all of that information into account! We took our 2 dogs there while visiting the fair in nearby Perry, GA. Glen was so attentive to them and very thorough. I could leave them feeling confident in their service. I feel so comfortable leaving my babies Glen & Amy. Started out with just our chihuahua and now leave him and my Cavalier babies. They come home happy and content, and don't act like they've been stressed out by my absence at all. This time, since we've had so much rain, I asked for them to be bathed - the cavies were all brushed out and fluffy - all sparkling clean. I have a pit bull and he has to be mussled in order to go anywhere. He is a social weirdo & very finicky about who he likes. He is a spoiled in-house dog, with his own bed. He gets covered-up every night with a special blanky. He can be pretty dang vicious...He loves this place! We have taken our dog here 4 to 6 times. Our first time using Noah's Bark. I do not have any major complaints...on short notice we moved our vacation plans back two weeks from our original date and needed to board three dogs. Our normal boarding facility was booked. Noah's Bark had a spot. So, we took it. Our pooches where loved, feed, and had exercise everyday. They only thing that I didn't expect was the cost...but with us using them on such a short notice; I'm pleased with their service and facility! Noah's Bark took great care of our dog even upon short notice. Prices were $20/day but if it's your first time, you get 1 day free as a trial. We went to St. Thomas for 7 days, but was only charged for 6 days. This was also our first time boarding our puppy and he absolutely loved it! He made many new friends! Glenn was kind enough to answer our calls to check on our pet while we were away and even emailed us a video of him playing with his new friends! Will definitely use again! read more

I was very disappointed in my visit today. First and only time. I have no idea how my dog did or if he enjoyed himself. Dropped him off for first time ever visit at 12:30. Was not told they would be closing at 1:00. She did ask if I was aware of their operating hours, but did not elaborate on closing in 30 min. And she knew I was wanting him to play. High energy dog needing energy release! She mentioned playing fetch with him. Needless to say, they were closed when I came to pick up my furbaby. They did return earlier then scheduled (7-8:00 PM for pick up) so I could have my baby. And worker wasn't very friendly about it. I will not be returning read more

I *really* want to give Noah's Bark 4 or 5 stars, because in the time I left my cats with the kennel, they were well taken care of. HOWEVER, when I viewed the kennel before dropping my cats off--and then when I called to tell them to expect a drop-off--I was quoted one specific price per day for my girls. In my mind I totalled up the cost per day for the amount of days I would be away on vacation, and I budgeted my money accordingly. When I went to pick my girls up, the owner told me an amount that was approximately $100 more than what I had been quoted. No explanation was given, and nothing was said to me about how this cost was broken down. My expectation had been that for each of my two pets I would expect to pay one certain daily rate. What I wound up paying was $100 more. Shame on me for not saying anything. I was exhausted, jet lagged, and just itching to get back home with my cats. I immediately became busy doing too many other things, and I was unsure how to handle my extreme displeasure with the cost vs. the nice thing of having my cats be taken care of well enough that they were no worse for the wear when we all reached home. But be warned--if you use Noah's Bark, while they may take good care of your pets, they may charge you an amount that is different than the daily rate you were quoted. It has left me--over a week after picking up my cats--feeling like I have been taken advantage of and like I have been treated very unfairly as a customer. Not good. Not at all. I have told all of my friends in Warner Robins to not use Noah's Bark because of my frustration with what I paid vs. what I was told to expect. read more

We needed a place to board our 1-1/2 yr old Siberian Husky while we went on vacation. We didn't want to put him somewhere that they would keep him in a run (8 ft long x 4 ft wide max) for 10 days since our dog likes and NEEDS to play and exercise every day. After calling a few places that asked if Bandit got along with other dogs/animals (How would we know? He is never in contact with any other animals in our house.), we happened upon Noah's Bark in Warner Robins, an hour from our home. I explained to Elissa the owner, that Bandit had never been boarded and we didn't have the time before vacation to put him through some sort of classes to see if he was compatible with other dogs according to rules set down by some recommendations required. We hadn't noticed any aggressive behaviors, but who knows if he's not in contact with other dogs? Anyway, the people at Noah's Bark said there shouldn't be a problem, but if we wanted to bring him in for a couple of hours they would see how he did. The minute we got there, Jerry (the other owner) put us at ease with the control he seemed to have with Bandit-who had no problem going right to Jerry. Jerry told us we could come into the back and see where the dogs play and stay while he "introduced Bandit to his pack". While we had a moment of panic, Bandit was excited to go outside and meet some new friends. We were waiting for a major dogfight, but it never happened. One of the small dogs in Jerry's pack snapped when Bandit got a bit too "friendly" with her, Bandit just stepped back and went to check out the rest of the yard with one of his bigger dogs and spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying, as Jerry said-"Just being a dog!" He said people treat their dogs like people-and they aren't people, they're dogs...and they love being dogs with other dogs. Who knew? We've now taken Bandit to Noah's Bark for the last 1-1/2 years. When we brought him back Bandit flew into the back when they came out to get him-never even got to say goodbye! When we saw how excited he was to go there, we knew that they treated him well and paid attention to him. Our peace of mind was worth the hour drive...for the FIRST time we've felt good to leave a dog (Read: Baby) of ours at a kennel. And we've had many dogs over the years. Now, after about 10 stays, most about 10 days each, Bandit is one of their favorites...you can tell the new owners (Casey and Aubrey) LOVE taking care of these animals...they both get kisses before Bandit leaves. Casey is an animal behaviorist who has helped Bandit become an even sweeter, more well behaved puppy!
