We scheduled time online (during the week it's $10 for 50 mins, weekends its $13). We found it in a strip mall close to Perry High School and the Post Office. We walked in and it is definitely a little cafe. Lots of drink options, even alcoholic! My sister got some coffee, my mom got water, and I got a light beer from Falls Brewing. It was really cute with a space devoted to vendors that sell cute cat products (for humans AND cats). Around the ceiling are names of cats that they've found homes for (at the time we went it was at SIXTY!). When it was our time, we entered another room with all of the cats! (This room is visible to the outside AND the inside of the cafe. But you have to purchase time to visit, pet, and play with the cats.) I think there were 18 cats...but not to worry, it was VERY clean and there were no smells. Most of the cats were friendly, but there were a few that we were asked to let them come to us. It was so much fun. There was such a wide variety. All ages. All colors. All temperaments. I truly believe anyone could have found a pet there. Alas, this day we were only there for FUR THERAPY and let me tell you, it was worth it. We will definitely return when it's time to adopt a new cat!

They sent me videos of my girls playing and being happy pups. The prices are very reasonable and they LOVE your pups as their own. We checked in and they gave me a tour of the facility and could tell me specifics about other pups' personalities and specificities in such great detail that you'd think they were the pups' parents! Note to parents: take the time to fill out the form when you bring your babies in- and at the bottom put those tiny details about your fur babies..... these folks care and take all of that information into account! I found a stray kitten paralyzed due to a BROKEN SPINE in a ditch near my home and took it too the…read morenearest veterinarian, which happened to be Critter Fixer. The front desk clerk was probably the rudest, least helpful receptionist I've ever encountered. I explained the situation, hoping the vet would be kind enough to end the poor kitten's suffering, but it was obvious this lady didn't want me in her office as she informed me that I would be responsible for the fees incurred by euthanizing the cat. I told her again it was not my cat, I just brought it to the nearest vet and I couldn't afford to pay. She stomped into another room without comment, and returned to tell me that the vet, obviously a more reasonable and compassionate person, would take care of the kitten. Then, the truth came out. It seems her terrible attitude was all my fault because I wasn't wearing a MASK!!! "You're not even supposed to be in here without a mask," she huffed, while her own mask DANGLED FROM ONE EAR. Keep in mind that we were separated by plexiglass and I was the only other person in the office! Anyway, I wanted to thank the kind vet, whoever they are, for doing the right thing and relieving the poor kitten from its fear and suffering. I'll gladly refer others to your business, but perhaps you should look for a new receptionist. People expect kindness and patience when they entrust the lives of their pets to a new veterinary practice. Thanks, again.
