I was charged twice for my dogs boarding. I have called them twice about refunding the second charge and have not heard back. They said they had to reach out to their corporate office. It has now been over a week and I still have not heard anything or received a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. The staff at Endless Love are the best! My dogs loved going there and I never had to be concerned about them. They don't just turned the dogs out and let them run, they actually engage the dogs in play. Recently, one of my dogs was diagnosed with lymphoma, an uncurable cancer. The staff went over and above to do for me and Charlie. In his last days, they made sure he stayed close to him, gave him love and special attention, just like family. I can't thank them enough! Can't say much since I never made it inside the building or experienced the service I was inquiring about. While they responded quickly to me, I definitely did not like that the staff member came out to my car out of blue asking me if I was picking up or dropping off. That was very uncomfortable and unexpected. I had decided to go in person to get pricing for boarding and tour the facilities. Boy was I mistaken. I was basically shooed off the property after she pompously confirmed that that was not possible. She said that they accepted tours by appointment only and were not offering any right now. She acted very elitist like a tour had to be approved by a board of directors. Also they were fully booked and required, from my experience of being a pet parent of dogs for 15 yrs, an abnormally long list of up-to-date canine vaccinations including the flu! What!? Their pricing is also ridiculously high. What has happened in our world where we cannot find someone to safely guard, feed and walk our pets for a reasonable price. Its not like they will be constantly present 24 hours a day with the pets. An your dog facilities are a room with a bed. They quoted me $28-52/day and I would still have to bring my own food. It makes me so angry and is so disappointing how much pet boarding companies and vet offices overcharge just because they can. Back in the day, neighbors did it for free out of love. Nowadays EVERYTHING is about money - no honor, respect or integrity. It may be time for a boycott, people! read more

We left our grand puppy Peaches there the weekend of Sept 11- Sept 13 to attend my nieces wedding. My daughter was nervous because Peaches has never been with anyone but family. The center took amazing care of her. The posted pictures, called us with a report, loved of her, and all around just had amazing care for her. Peaches had so much fun and we could tell because when we got her home she was excited to be with us but tired from playing with her new friends. We can't wait to start her at doggie daycare. We live out of town and needed a place to take our fur baby while visiting my husbands son and go to a ballgame. I made the reservation a couple weeks prior to our date (which was a Saturday) and they were very helpful. This was our first experience leaving him anywhere. When we got there to drop Tuco off I had to point out he had the correct shots because she was telling me I didn't have what I needed, she didn't appear very professional or courteous. We got there to pick up Tuco a little before 5 (4:52) and rang the bell because the door was locked, the lady cracked the door and asked us what we wanted. We told her we were there to get our boy and she closed the door and came out with a bill, we gave her our card and she came back (she didn't ever let us in) and had overcharged us $30. When they brought our dog to us we told her we were overcharged and she seemed like she didn't believe us, she charged us for 2 days when he had gotten there Saturday around 8:30 that morning and we picked him up a bit before 5. Same Day!! She went back in and credited our account back the overcharged amount but without taking the card with her. Won't know if we really got the credit for a few days. Tuco was so thirsty, like he hadn't had anything to drink in a good bit and his collar was changed to where it was so loose I could slide it off his head. Why?? It wasn't too tight before and there was another hole where it wouldn't slide off his head. My overall experience was the people we encountered there were not professional nor very courteous, makes me question the care our dog received. I hope this was just an isolated event. I received an email with an invoice for $60 with no show of a credit, emailed them and asked them to fix the overcharge ASAP and have not heard anything from them. Still waiting... read more

We have used Endless Love for about 10 years. We have a 100 lb American Bulldog that is not easy to handle. The staff here are terrific and we feel so comfortable leaving our dog in their care. They give such personal service and are proactive about our dog's needs. We laugh that our dog has more fun at Endless Love playing with staff and other animals than she does at home with us! read more

I had used this business for boarding one other time. He did come home sick, but that was his first time being boarded, I didn't fault the facility for this. The last time that I called and made an appointment for my dog (3 weeks prior to the date needed), I was told that I had just booked the last kennel. The young lady that I spoke to (I wish I had gotten her name) was pleasant and said that all records were up to date and he was good to go for the dates arranged. I received an email about a week later questioning a shot that he needed. I tried to reach out via email and phone with no success. I had my vet send shot record and they said that they didn't get a response either but emailed me the paper work as well "just in case". I called again within a few days because I didn't get a confirmation email, which I thought was strange (still no response-straight to voicemail). The day of the appointment (the morning that my family and I were headed out of town for vacation) I called again to confirm the drop off time, still no response. I went ahead and took him (Sunday morning). After getting there, they tell me that they don't have any record of his reservation and they are all full! They didn't seem too concerned but gave me the owner's number. My family and I were packed and ready to go with no board for our dog! It was a Sunday and most other places were closed and it was the start of spring break! The owner seemed genuinely concerned and tried to figure out if they'd have anything available but at that point there was nothing that she could do. This was a REALLY big screw up and I feel like the ball was dropped. I would NOT recommend this business. The staff did not handle the reservation correctly, respond to calls/emails, or seem too concerned when a mistake on THEIR part was made. Luckily, I found a place in Macon that was open and had space for our pet and was able to enjoy our vacation even though it started out soooo stressful! read more

I'm going to admit that I am VERY hard to please. Although I see myself as an extremely reasonable individual, I also have very high expectations of the businesses I patronize. For that reason, most businesses in Middle GA have been bleh to me, being a CA girl myself. Sometimes, I just can't get with this small town, everything is fine all the time mentality. I've sent my dog to daycare before. It was just OK, but the service didn't justify the drive out of my way or the cost, even though that facility was recommended by my trainer. I have interviewed and inspected, I'd like to think the vast majority of boarding/daycare facilities in the area and I wasn't happy with any of them for various reasons. Endless Love had been mentioned to me and throughout many community Facebook pages, so I decided that I'd give this one a try. I corresponded at first with the owner, Ms. Sheila and you can tell through her words that she is passionate at what she does. She's just as protective of all her "babies" as I am, both my 2 legged kids and my 4 legged kids. I decided to take a tour, honestly expecting not to like this place, but imagine my surprise to find this place bright, clean and the staff friendly. It looked more like a human daycare than a dog daycare and boarding facility. They're very open about allowing you to walk through the entire facility, they have yards dedicated to large dogs and small dogs, they're taken out often to play and to top if off, pictures are taken of the dogs and posted on their Facebook page so you can SEE what's going on there. My pup's first day there came with a report card that basically told me all I needed to know about his day (did he eat, was he aggressive with humans or animals, did he make any special friends, etc.). They welcome you to call any time and check on your pet and at the end of the day, he went to sleep 2 hours prior to his regular bed time. Can he tell me he had a good time? Of course not, but the fact that he came home, had his dinner and just HAD to sleep tells me a lot. He now gets excited as soon as he sees us turn onto the street and he can't wait to get in the door. I've never seen a larger collection of pet lovers and Ms. Sheila is kind and her sincerity for the well being of these dogs (and cats) oozes out of her. She's officially gotten herself a regular customer as my dog is now in daycare multiple times a week and if ever we need boarding, that's the only place he'll go. Needless to say, I'd recommend her without hesitation. This is probably only the second or third business in this whole area that gets my complete seal of approval. read more

We were very disappointed with the facilities for boarding cats. The space where cats are kept is really cramped and crowded. The kennels are small. Our kitty came home with a horrible upper respiratory infection, which is not unusual for cats kept in such conditions. I really should have backed out once I saw the facility, but we were leaving town to attend to an emergency situation. Next time I'll just save myself a $200 vet bill and pay the extra money for someone to provide care in our home. read more

I left my border collie here back in August for like 5 days, and he loved it, I loved it, I feel they provided excellent care. The dog and I toured the facility before making reservations, everyone was so nice, they made me feel that my dog would be safe. they posted pics of him having a great time to the Facebook, he looked happy, and the staff never made me feel as if I had inconvenienced them when I called to check on him. I wrote a review or Endless Love Pet Palace in January and received a phone call from the owner today about the review. The owner wanted to speak with me about the review and ask questions. She talked at me for a while and spoke about the love her staff has for the dogs and the great care. For every issue I brought she had a reason/excuse. The poor customer service must have been someone in training because she stays on people. The lack of a written report is because they are so busy and they would spend all day with reports rather than playing with animals. I told her I found a place that did give me good customer service and info about my dogs each time, to which I got a story about how hard they work to love the dogs and humans. She told me several times how much the negative review hurts her feelings and the feelings of the staff. I told her that I thought they were the best place in Warner Robins (because I have tried other places in the area) but I didn't think they were the best in Georgia. She said, "well, you don't work here everyday, so you don't know." I politely ended the conversation. Most people want to know how to improve and Endless Love did not have thousands of improvements to make. I can pin point one area that needs a lot of improvement - customer service. When someone has a complaint or issue, you do not make them feel bad for voicing that opinion.
