They sent me videos of my girls playing and being happy pups. The prices are very reasonable and they LOVE your pups as their own. We checked in and they gave me a tour of the facility and could tell me specifics about other pups' personalities and specificities in such great detail that you'd think they were the pups' parents! Note to parents: take the time to fill out the form when you bring your babies in- and at the bottom put those tiny details about your fur babies..... these folks care and take all of that information into account! Very impressed!!!

As they hadn't responded on Friday I sent an email asking if they had received the certificates and if they were still scheduled for Saturday. Their response on Friday was Yes we are all set. On Saturday, there is no show, and I did not receive any communication. Saturday night I emailed to ask what happened. Received response on Sunday morning that they had said Saturday or Sunday (not true), they did not have my address, but they could do it on Sunday. I sent my address, stated Sunday after 10:30 was fine. No response. No show, no communication. Needless to say, I do not recommend this business as they are unreliable.

We scheduled time online (during the week it's $10 for 50 mins, weekends its $13). We found it in a strip mall close to Perry High School and the Post Office. We walked in and it is definitely a little cafe. Lots of drink options, even alcoholic! My sister got some coffee, my mom got water, and I got a light beer from Falls Brewing. It was really cute with a space devoted to vendors that sell cute cat products (for humans AND cats). Around the ceiling are names of cats that they've found homes for (at the time we went it was at SIXTY!). When it was our time, we entered another room with all of the cats! (This room is visible to the outside AND the inside of the cafe. But you have to purchase time to visit, pet, and play with the cats.) I think there were 18 cats...but not to worry, it was VERY clean and there were no smells. Most of the cats were friendly, but there were a few that we were asked to let them come to us. It was so much fun. There was such a wide variety. All ages. All colors. All temperaments. I truly believe anyone could have found a pet there. Alas, this day we were only there for FUR THERAPY and let me tell you, it was worth it. We will definitely return when it's time to adopt a new cat!

When we arrived after an hour of driving through heavy two-way traffic. I stopped outside her facility and allowed my dog to stretch his legs and relieve himself. Out of nowhere, this old lady started giving me the third degree regarding my intentions. I guess I didn't take to a total stranger giving their impression of my intention. To my shagreen, this rude woman was the owner of this establishment and told me she would not serve my sick pet. My wife took my dog inside the facility and was turned away. OK, maybe my response could have been more polished, but to turn away a sick animal to spite me is all wrong. So I'll have the last reply to a very long day. Oh, by the way, I had to bring home a sick dog whose only fault was having a caring dad. So to this owner I wish --- her business do poorly and she remember; turning away a being in true need is not sharing a coat, a bit of bread, or a kind word. So I hope the owner choke on her kindness and she find away to serve those in need not looking at the mode of transport or the guy who drove the truck.
