He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone. This was appreciated more than words can say. This was one of our darkest moments and you did everything possible to comfort him, as well as us and i will never forget that. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart

As a paying customer I go to treatment not to argue about what my insurance covers and requirements, seeing how I am doing 100% of the back work. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and then waited two weeks to come in and from the minute Dr. Christini White came in she only talked about what she would not do. Examine my dogs ma'ma, you see them for my paid appointment, I see them all day. Then teeth clean was estimated about 1400 per dog without having the x-rays or knowing if they need any teeth pulled then they took my pets back and did their blood with a three month time limit on scheduling before for me about the time limit for their teeth. Just horrible treatment. If you want to talk to a lab who thinks they are experts about everything, and have you animals labs prolongingly spite out to you on the phone without receiving copies then you may have found your place.

She can not wait to get inside to go see her friends. We have used both their daycare and boarding services and have been impressed. They knew our dogs by name after the first time we took them. They even board our Frenchie who isn't super dog friendly when we're in a pinch and grandma can not watch her. She doesn't love to go because she is spoiled rotten but when we do go she will immediately go to Elizabeth. Speaking of Elizabeth - customer service from the office staff here is amazing. They're always polite and accommodating when I call. One review on here says they weren't following instructions to transition their dog's food, resulting in a sick pup, which hasn't been my experience with this staff. I have a dog with a horrible illness called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and they follow my directions to the letter. She is so sensitive that any deviation from the routine can result in disastrous consequences. She has to have prescription enzymes with every meal and she rarely comes home with an upset stomach. I do not blame the kennel when she does because any dog can come home from a boarding kennel with diarrhea from the stress of the experience. The fact that they're willing to take pets who take daily medication and have to eat 3 times a day is a life saver to me. Instead of being married to my house or constantly stressed about the sick dog while I am away, I can take her to daycare and have parts of my life back. All in all, I wish I could give Wildcat Pet Resort 10 stars, but since that isn't an option, a mile long glowing review will have to do'

In a world…read morewhere genuine care can sometimes feel rare, their team reminded me that there are still people who truly love what they do--and the animals they care for. What meant the most to me was their willingness to go above and beyond with after-hours medication pickup. Life doesn't always happen on a perfect schedule, and neither do pet emergencies or needs. The fact that they made it possible for me to pick up Remington's medications after hours took so much stress off my shoulders. That kind of flexibility and understanding is something you just don't find everywhere. But what truly touched my heart was the handwritten note they left. It wasn't just about the medication--it was about the thought and care behind it. "Give Mr. Remington some pets from us & safe travels to Colorado!"--something so simple, yet so meaningful. It made me feel like Remington isn't just another patient to them, but genuinely loved and cared for. You can tell this isn't just a job for them--it's a passion. From the kindness in their words to the extra steps they take to make things easier for pet owners, Spring Valley Vet treats you like family. I am beyond grateful for their compassion, their flexibility, and the little personal touches that made such a big impact. If you're looking for a vet that truly cares--not just about your pet, but about you too--this is the place. Thank you, Spring Valley Vet, for taking such amazing care of Mr. Remington. We will never forget it.
