As a paying customer I go to treatment not to argue about what my insurance covers and requirements, seeing how I am doing 100% of the back work. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and then waited two weeks to come in and from the minute Dr. Christini White came in she only talked about what she would not do. Examine my dogs ma'ma, you see them for my paid appointment, I see them all day. Then teeth clean was estimated about 1400 per dog without having the x-rays or knowing if they need any teeth pulled then they took my pets back and did their blood with a three month time limit on scheduling before for me about the time limit for their teeth. Just horrible treatment. If you want to talk to a lab who thinks they are experts about everything, and have you animals labs prolongingly spite out to you on the phone without receiving copies then you may have found your place.

Meaning I believe I am my animals best advocate and rarely but sometimes that conflicts with veterinarians best practices. My dog was 16 years old and typically they live to about 13. She had a neurological issue at the end of her life and it was very painful. She lost total use of her back legs and cried in pain in her last days. I thought I would let her die naturally. This was not to be, crying uncontrollably, I had to give the ok for her life to be ended. It was very hard to watch, I loved our Abby and thought her to be very special. Selfishly, I wanted my dog forever. The staff all around was amazing and allowed us to have more days, gave us hospice solutions to her last days, and were extremely supportive and even emotional themselves. As a human being that has to put animals down, I don't know how you would be able to not become a little caulous to the death of pets. Emotionally you wouldn't last. The vet, Dr. O'Meilia, was about as patient and caring as anyone who has the job regularly. She should be commended for her bed side manner! I know human doctors who have far less patience and understanding than she does with animals and their humans. The front office staff loved our dog with great affection! They have no idea their affect on our family and dog. On a side note, Abby, would often board with them when we were out of town. She would always whine or be angry with us. She never liked any boarding until Little Apple Vet! Thank you staff for loving our sweet Abby.

He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone. This was appreciated more than words can say. This was one of our darkest moments and you did everything possible to comfort him, as well as us and i will never forget that. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart

Animal doctor found that there were open wounds on his face from being attacked by an animal (most likely a raccoon), but it was covered by his hair (so I had no idea). They sedated him, cleaned the wound, finished his grooming, and sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds, all for $100. I was so pleased they took such good care of him and will never go anywhere else for grooming (and everything else). They were understaffed when I went, but still took ample time to explain everything to me and were so nice to my pup. They called me to provide updates and asked before doing anything that would cost more than what was expected. Next month I'm taking him to get some teeth pulled/dental cleaning, and I feel very confident he'll be left in good hands. Also should note - on a normal day (no open wounds), his grooming would only cost $45 here, which is cheaper than PetSmart or Petco, even with their military discount. AND I get peace of mind that he will be cared for properly and taken out to relieve himself. My pup also has major anxiety and typically everywhere we go I get judgement like it's my fault. But not here! They know how to handle animals with these types of issues and don't place the blame on the owner. They did recommended I might bring him in more often (which may sound like a sales ploy) but I could tell they were really wanting to help me get his anxiety under control. I put him on a 6 week grooming routine which also gives me a discount. I think it's going to be perfect for my pup! They also are very upfront about pricing. They take the time to go through quotes and tell you exactly what needs to be done, and what is optional. I'm so incredibly happy I took my pup here!

And the kennel techs Layla and Aliyah obviously love animals, they were just as sad to see him go as I felt dropping him off. For the first time in his 8 year life he was excited to see vet staff. He started throwing up after eating and they called me and the emergency number I left. When I brought him in to the vet another occasion the techs and assistants remembered him (who aren't part of boarding) he got lots of pets and love. The vet herself was extremely patient and kind and dumbed down things for me. *MAINLY* my boy is reactive and they made sure that he wouldn't have to be in the lobby with other animals. In my experience with kenneling they are great. They are respectively priced and they take care of the animals well. The kennel itself is clean and spacious for animals to be able to move around; not my typical experience with vet/kennel facilities. The front office area is clean and well kept and the staff is also very friendly and knowledgable about their products, processes and procedures. The exam rooms are all decorated differently and are cleaned after each exam. The staff really love and care for the animals in my experience. The reason I have to give this place two stars was due to my last visit. My wonderful (sarcastic) English bulldog ate a top of a spatula and it was lodged in his stomach. Animal doctor were thorough in testing and finding damage caused and processes forward. When it came down to it he was going to require surgery and have the spatula removed. After already spending three hundred dollars in testing and x-Rays, they were pricing the surgery at 800-900 dollars. This was only for the surgery, medication and one day of kenneling overnight for supervision. Needless to say we asked another local vet for typical pricing for this surgery, service and care and were quoted 200 dollars. We decided to have the procedure done at the other vet and explained it was due to pricing. A week after the surgery we received a letter with all medical records for our pets and asked us not to return to animal doctor. They never said a word to my husband or I, just said it was clear we did not trust them with the procedure when we had clearly stated it was a price difference that we could not afford. With this experience I feel this place although provides good services does not have open communication with their customers they have had for over a year.
