They even board our Frenchie who isn't super dog friendly when we're in a pinch and grandma can not watch her. She doesn't love to go because she is spoiled rotten but when we do go she will immediately go to Elizabeth. Speaking of Elizabeth - customer service from the office staff here is amazing. They're always polite and accommodating when I call. One review on here says they weren't following instructions to transition their dog's food, resulting in a sick pup, which hasn't been my experience with this staff. I have a dog with a horrible illness called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and they follow my directions to the letter. She is so sensitive that any deviation from the routine can result in disastrous consequences. She has to have prescription enzymes with every meal and she rarely comes home with an upset stomach. I do not blame the kennel when she does because any dog can come home from a boarding kennel with diarrhea from the stress of the experience. The fact that they're willing to take pets who take daily medication and have to eat 3 times a day is a life saver to me. Instead of being married to my house or constantly stressed about the sick dog while I am away, I can take her to daycare and have parts of my life back. All in all, I wish I could give Wildcat Pet Resort 10 stars, but since that isn't an option, a mile long glowing review will have to do'

In my experience with kenneling they are great. They are respectively priced and they take care of the animals well. The kennel itself is clean and spacious for animals to be able to move around; not my typical experience with vet/kennel facilities. The front office area is clean and well kept and the staff is also very friendly and knowledgable about their products, processes and procedures. The exam rooms are all decorated differently and are cleaned after each exam. The staff really love and care for the animals in my experience. The reason I have to give this place two stars was due to my last visit. My wonderful (sarcastic) English bulldog ate a top of a spatula and it was lodged in his stomach. Animal doctor were thorough in testing and finding damage caused and processes forward. When it came down to it he was going to require surgery and have the spatula removed. After already spending three hundred dollars in testing and x-Rays, they were pricing the surgery at 800-900 dollars. This was only for the surgery, medication and one day of kenneling overnight for supervision. Needless to say we asked another local vet for typical pricing for this surgery, service and care and were quoted 200 dollars. We decided to have the procedure done at the other vet and explained it was due to pricing. A week after the surgery we received a letter with all medical records for our pets and asked us not to return to animal doctor. They never said a word to my husband or I, just said it was clear we did not trust them with the procedure when we had clearly stated it was a price difference that we could not afford. With this experience I feel this place although provides good services does not have open communication with their customers they have had for over a year.

They also introduced their furbabies to Morgan and it was nice to see they all got along well. It was very comforting to know that Morgan would be sleeping in a living room on a carpet with human and four-legged friends and not in some metal or concrete cage with other anxious dogs missing their owners stressing out in an adjoining cage (pretty much the conditions of other local "kennels"). It was also nice to know they had a fenced-in backyard (with a small kiddie pool that Morgan enjoyed wading in) and so he would not be in danger from passing traffic when going outside. He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone.
