If you own a dog bigger than a chihuahua, do not take your dog here.. They don't want to have to put any effort into working on a dog. I have a medium-size dog and was told by the lead groomer that my dog was not a good fit for their business. Asked to speak to the manager & the snowflake told me he supports his staff. I give them a zero. Poor customer service will soon leave their grooming business non-existent. read more

How do you write a review where you are so angered by the poor service you received and you are constantly reminded about how poorly of a job they did every time you look at your poor dog and how bad they messed up the grooming they did! I have always used PetSmart in the past for grooming My Doodle and they always did a great job. However, at this PetSmart,Shop it turned into the Little Shop of Horrors. When I picked up my Doodle he was all excited and really couldn't tell the all the problems immediately. The grooming issues became apparent a couple of days later when I noticed the top of his head always was not right, look more closely and found they cut one side of his head way shorter than the other side and the rest of his body was uneven. I email PetSmart a couple of days later the manager emailed back and said they have a guarantee policy and to bring my Doodle back however I would need to reschedule thus far have not returned any of my phone calls or emails to reschedule. read more

This PetSmart store is convenient, relatively clean and orderly, and has always had what I'm looking for.

Not happy at all with this place. The ladies working on other dogs were not a bit friendly, not even a smile. When we picked up our girls they were cut much shorter than told. One had more hair on the right side of her face. read more

My dog is terrified to go into the grooming salon here. Every single time I pick her up from here her eyes are bloodshot and red. A groomer reported that she was highly dog aggressive and to never bring her back. This dog has lived with other dogs and has been very well socialized from an early age, she is not dog aggressive at all. My dog always walks away looking like she got a trim with a weed whacker. I will never have my dog groomed at this location again, I have had enough of their lackluster 'customer service' and their lack of attention to detail. read more

If there was a 4.5 I'd give this store one. Back when I was younger I remember it being a mess and just figured "that's how all PetSmarts are" until I recently came to this store and was very impressed. I mainly go for Aquatic supplies and I was not disappointed. No dead fish, well organized supplies, and healthy variety of plants. Even saw them clean some of the betta cups and tanks as I was walking in the door. Definitely a good recommendation from me. read more

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews of this store, most are old reviews from a few urs ago. We shop here for our cat and dog and every time we go the staff is more than helpful if you have questions or trying to locate items. We get our Silky Terrier groomed there also and they've done a good job on him. I would recommend this store and the pricing is competitive compared to other pet stores read more

This PetSmart sucked! I went in to try to buy a turtle for my dorm and the worker refused to sell to me. She claimed that I wasn't allowed to buy it because I was gonna keep it in a cat liter bin. She was gonna make me buy a filter and whole kit when I just wanted the turtle. Bad experience over all so if ur ever trying to buy a turtle for fun do not go here. read more

This store has the worst grooming salon ever. Been going to PetSmart for years, when i moved last Aug i was looking for a pet smart to take my dog to so i called this one, The people who work there are kids and have to sense of customer loyalty or do they know how to groom. Don't bother. Watched a groomer be decidedly rough with a Bichon she was grooming today, looked like she was mad at the poor thing and he was being patient and not moving an inch so I have no idea what her malfunction was. (This coming from a former PetSmart employee at a different store and a groomer for 4+ years after) Not to mention I have never been so much as greeted by an employee at this store and have had a manager walk straight by me without a word. Where is District and Regional intervention at this store? Do they have no standards here? Incredibly disappointing as they're in my neighborhood but I will not be doing business here. read more

I am not happy with this location because of their grooming salon. We took our dog here once so they would Dremel her nails. Our dog is now terrified to even walk in or near the place. She tucks her tail, starts shaking, and lays down to hide in the parking lot. I was told they had an opening and could do her nails quickly if we wanted to walk around the store. Great we thought as we needed to pick up some new food and treats for our dog. As we walk towards the grooming salon we see our dog trying get loose and run to us. Finally we get a handle on her and I noticed her nails look HORRIBLE! I asked why they looked so jagged and torn and the woman told me "She was moving around and had a hard time getting them even." I wish I had taken a picture to show others how bad they were. And before someone says maybe it was just your dog misbehaving and putting herself into such a state. We take her to the Beavercreek location with no problems and she goes to get her nails done willingly. Sometimes she even holds up her paw to help the process. read more

I have a lot of different pets including fish, geckos, and chinchillas as well as a dog and cat. Petsmart by far is my favorite place to go because the do carry a lot of products for exotic pets that other stores don't carry plus they really take the extra time to make sure they are suggesting the right products for my pet. If I ever have any questions, the staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I will NOT return to this store! On top of them not carrying Merrick dog food, I called this store to see about making an appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed to be told that I did not need an appointment for a nail trim and to walk-in instead. I was happy about not requiring an appointment so this past weekend I took both of my dogs into the store for nail trimming and was told that I needed rabies paperwork before they would accept my dogs for a trim. I was so mad because the gal that answered the phone should have told me what I needed before I drove all the way to the store. I didn't appreciate wasting time and the gal in the groomers office didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. read more

PetSmart just lost a long time and high spending customer. We took our poodles in today for grooming. All the needed was the top knots cleaned up and a bath. They charged us the full grooming price, and it was 30 dollars more than they have ever charged us before. He saved them at least 4 hours of work by already having all the hair removed. We paid 150.00 to wash and do the top knot and they informed us if they turn the clippers on that is what we will pay. We have other places to go to buy food for three fish tanks, two cats and two dogs. This was just thievery. read more
