He started off in daycare so that I could get used to him being away while I work. Thankfully, there's cameras that operate all day for no extra fee. Plus, $30 for a full day is completely affordable! They do snack/nap time as well. I boarded Bobby in July for 8 nights and he was in the best care. I called to check on him & received updates. I watched him playing on camera, but most importantly, he kept on track with meals & stayed hydrated in the Houston heat. I'm so thankful for all the staff here and I love Energy Corridor Bark Park.

I told them I will pay in cash as soon as I'm back and they have threaten me to go to the police for a criminal matter like I'm some kind of theft or criminal when I experienced an issue myself. My senior dog came back in worst shape. 1 of my dogs was booked for half day play and the other wasn't since she is a senior dog. My senior dog was returned to me with her own shit matted on her bottom which i can tell had been on her for days because it was hard and i had to cut out before bathing her and she smelled of pee where i can tell she had been sitting in her own pee and poop. They are still "washing her bed and blanket" and told me they would return it to me tmrw.. which i will honestly just throw away. Imy second dog i paid for a bath so who knows how he really was. But he was definitely infested with fleas they were crawling all over him and he was scratching. So i had to bathe him anyways. I bathe them both 3 time with flea and tick shampoo picking and combing out each dead flea on them after the bathes. All for a $600 bill isn't worth it if your dogs arent going to be kept clean...so if you book just be cautious.

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

After meeting with Ray and Tracy in our home, I felt even better about the decision-they were personable and professional and the pups loved them. Their prices are also very reasonable. During our trip, Tracy was the one who visited our pups. She texted updates and pictures every night, which I appreciated. When we got home, the pups were happy and healthy, and everything was right at our place. Ray and Tracy really care about your pets and about doing a good job. Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. Summary: Camp Bow Wow for the win.
