Bought a cat named Harley renamed him Bootsy. He came from Petsmart with a big medical record, and died within a year. I would not recommend buying animals from Petsmart that have medical records attached to them. read more

I take my dogs to the grooming salon once a month. They say they will call me when my dog is ready for pick up. They never did. When I call them, they will say, "we just got finished with her." Made me wonder if that is truly the case or if they have just let her sit in the cage in the backroom and didn't bother to call me until they have time. Despite that, my dog looks good and smells good every time so that's great. read more

This review is for customer service. Upon my visit I noticed that the Cashier was welcoming everyone that walked through the door, but she never welcomed me. I waited for six more people to walk in and she welcomed them. The I waited for someone to give me some assistance and another 10 minutes passed, so I looked in the office and the manager was there and I asked her for help. She paged someone, but know one ever showed. I kind of took it like they didn't want my business. read more

Took my dog to get groomed. Granted he looks good but the groomer kelsi did not come out and talk to me when I went to pick him up. Poor customer service on her part. I also noticed my poor dogs nails were trimmed too short and jagged, he won't even let me touch his paws. I liked that it didn't take very long to groom. Unfortunately I won't be back. read more

Horrible customer service! The employee I talked with bold faced lied to me! I have been taking my dogs there for grooming since they opened and I would hear horror stories from friends but it was the only place my older dog would go to without freaking out! After the way I was treated today, I will never use them again! Time to find a new groomer! read more

When I first started taking both my dogs here in April, it was great. However, the competent dog groomers are long gone. I took my long haired small dog there on 12/15/17. Asked for bath and haircut. They completely cut her down (in the middle of winter). Completely uneven - one side is 2 inches longer than the other side. They keep cutting off her eyebrows, even though I tell them not to. They also overcharged me - this mess cost $57. The assistant manager is untrained and totally ineffectual. The lead in the salon ( who cut her) is incompetent and rude. At the very least, they could have offered to even out her haircut for free. Prices are expensive. The staff in the rest of the store are friendly and helpful. read more

The groomers there are all so kind and very caring for the pets. The groomer Adriana is especially sweet and does an amazing job on the haircuts. They are very knowledgeable on dogs and recommending the right things I need to care for my pup. I can tell they are all very hard working woman and love what they do which is why my pet and I enjoy our trip every time. read more

I called PetsSmart to book an appointment for my cat to be dematted. It was 2:for 10 because I told her I have to go on the bus to get there and she said she would book it for 2:10. I am new to this. I never had to take my cat on long trips in my life because I had no money. PetsSmart failed to tell me to bring papers to prove he had his rabies shots. My cat panted and meow all the way there. Two long bus rides which seemed like eternity to a cat who is scared to death and for what? "I'm sorry we can't dematt him if you didn't bring his papers. My cat don't have rabies but they can't take a chance. They lost a customer. I am one angry cat owner read more

We only used the grooming services here, and they are without doubt a 5/5 star establishment. It was our first time taking our dog to the groomer, yet they made him feel completely at home. As soon as we entered he pooped on the floor and they wouldn't even let us clean up, insisting it was no issue for them to do it! They quickly made the dog comfortable and we left them to their craft. In about an hour, and for $20, they trimmed his toenails, gave him a bath and blowdry, cleaned his ears out and brushed all the excess fur off him, leaving us with a happy, healthy doggy for cheap! The groomers were all as nice as they were professional, I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Skip the groomers. I dropped off my small chiweenie at 11am. I told the groomer that she gets scared of the nail grind but at least try. I don't want to get her scared. The guy said no problem he will alert the groomer. I asked for the bath and added top dog. 2 hours later I drop in worried because I never got a call. They said I needed to wait 3 hours. My dog is fine but the "hair dryer scared her so we are waiting for her to dry". OK, then leave. We get back 1.5 hours later and she is done. Apparently they didn't dry her, no nail trim, no nail grind, and no little bandanna or bow. But the stylist gave me $5 off. The amount of things that weren't done how do I even know anything was done from the top dog. AND when I came the second time the employees were just standing around not doing anything. I was so mad because she seemed so scared and went straight to her bed when we got home. She is a very energetic dog and loves people. For her to go straight to her bed and put her head down... makes me think what they really did to her. Oh, and the groomer never came and speak to me either. Pet smart seems like a convenience to just book appointments online or walk in and browse nearby stores. I get that, this was my reasoning. For the sake of your pet's well being just skip and find professional groomers. For the amount I PAID and the service I RECEIVED.. might as well went somewhere else. read more

I will NEVER go to this store again. I took my dog there before she died to be groomed and she got an infection because they gave her burns. Petsmart paid the vet bill but I had to take her back 3 times to the vet because it kept getting worse. Then a few months ago my grandson bought a ginny pig from then and their policy is that if anything happens to an animal within the first 14 days of buying they would refund your money. Well when he bought the ginny it had a couple of scratches, one on it's nose and one on it's throat. The person who sold it to him said he probably scratched it on the cage or something like that. So 20-30 days after buying, the ginnys nods in his throat started getting huge. Took the ginny to the vet, $103.00 later and found that they needed to do surgery on him to remove it and that would cost $800 +, so we went to Petsmart, they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 14 days but would contact their Corporate office and let me know. So an associate called me and said that they would refund the amount of the vet bill, pay half of the vet bill for surgery and refund what the cost of the ginny was which was great. I kept going back and had a hard time getting the sales person because of his hours of work, so today I called to find out when he would be there and he informed me that the refund was in the way of a debit card for the store. I told him that he never told me it was only be put on a store credit. Does he think I would EVER buy anything in that store again!!!!! To me this is just unacceptable....... And to top it all off, the ginny passed away last night. read more
