So cute! Came with holiday package!

Holiday Salon Special at Pet Smart! The groom includes a festive bandana, adorable squeaky reindeer toy and coupons worth $300! We added on teeth brushing, a paw pad trim and a specialty shampoo for Midnight's skin. We also purchased a Whimzees Stix! He came out happy, enjoying his treat and his coat looked amazing! I would recommend this location, we stopped in on Saturday, great staff and selection! :-) We'll be back, I get my nails done nearby! Kiwi with her Groomer Lisa
Sherril S.

Kiwi's first time at Petsmart for grooming. She was managed by Lisa who took such great care of her. Right from the start, Lisa was friendly, answered questions without judgment and just overall really sweet. Kiwi didn't hesitate to wiggle herself into her arms and Lisa welcomed her with open arms. The service took about 1.5 hours and we were notified with an actual call when Kiwi was ready. She came running to us with no sense of worry or fear so we knew right of the bat that she was nicely taken care off. Kiwi received a bath, ears and teeth cleaning, nail cut and flea shampoo/treatment. Her new outfit was on sale. Everything came out to $78.00 Thank you Lisa for all your help

I took my 6 month old mini Golden Doodle to get groomed on 9/18/26 and 1 hour into him being groomed they called me and told me they had to take him to the hospital because he got cut by the clippers they say it's small but it's a big gash on my dogs stomach, Jamie it's a women who clipped a piece of his stomach off. He now has to have a cone on his head for two weeks I have to feed him with my hand and I have to give him antibiotics. Now my dog is super scared to go there he shivers and doesn't eat. Please be careful you might experience what I did also, when they give you the paper to sign and put your initials on before you hand over the dog always Initial your paper. Take a picture of it or ask for a copy. I went back and asked for them and they told me that I could not get it back because it was now in the records with his incident report and nobody has ever asked for that paperback so when you sign it, take a picture of it or ask for a copy if they don't give you a copy make sure you take a picture.

Great visit to Petsmart! Looking for something for my puppy to chew on: long lasting, made in USA and to deter from eating my shoes. Water Buffalo Horn from Arizona. Thank you Karen Puma for the excellent customer service and for a treat for the Frenchies, Lenny and Maddie. Wish us luck with the horn for Jack. So far he's busy.

Do not go here!!! I've had several haircuts for my Pomeranian done here some good and some bad. I found a groomer that was doing a good job and stuck with her. She eventually left and I brought my dog in for an appointment with her and was informed she left and they scheduled me with a new groomer. I spoke to the new groomer and she assured me that they had notes on how to care for my dog and she was an experienced groomer with Pomeranians. I came to pick her up and they had shaved her. I was so upset because you don't shave a dog with hair like this. I complained, spoke to the manager, got comped a grooming and booked an appointment with an experienced groomer named Katie. Katie informed me that my dog was in coat shock and she would do her best to clean her up. My Pom actually looked very nice afterwards. We saw Katie again and had a fairly good haircut. I went in yesterday to have Katie groom my Pom and was informed that Katie wasn't there and I would be seeing Abi. I was very nervous and showed Abi photos of my Pom and let her know that my Pom had a hotspot on her back leg that was almost healed (just a little pink left over) but had been to the vet a week ago for vaccines, heartworm and got a clean bill of health. I leave my Pom with her and get a phone call 4 hours later from Abi that she is still working on Fiona and will call me in a 1/2 hour. I get a call and go down to pick up my Pom. Abi brings out my dog and says to me "You're not going to be happy about this, but it's not my fault." My dog had essentially been brushed bald and has thin layers of hair almost all over her body. Abi proceeds to tell me that she is required to do 30 minutes of brushing and my Pom's hair just came out. I was shocked. She starts telling me about coat shock and some other blah, blah...I couldn't believe that she continued to brush my dog with her hair falling out and then gave her a terrible cut on top of that. I stormed out and asked to speak to the manager. I got the assistant manager who told me she was already aware of what happened to my Pom. Abi had informed her that the hair loss was due to coat shock and my dog had hot spots. The assistant manager was kind, offered to have my dog reshaped by another groomer (No way you're touching my dog), seen by a staff veterinarian (again no way) and offered to refund my money. I took the refund and will be taking my dog to our vet because her skin is still pink and irritated today. She is traumatized and I feel awful for subjecting her to such a cruel day that someone pulled a good portion of her hair out. Take my advice. Pay the extra money. These people an inexperienced and do no care about your dog.

I like to come to PetSmart shopping for Latte and Butters. They have a lot of things the furry boys are wanted. I like to check out their fish and other animals in the store whenever I'm there. PetSmart seems to take care of them very well. They're ready to go to your home to become part of your family. The store is spotless even lots of dogs come with their family to the store. The items are displayed in the store very well--a good layout with all the sections easy to navigate. I can find the stuff I'm looking for very quickly. The employees at the check-out counters are happy and friendly to the customers and their furry babies. I can tell they love the animals themselves. The parking lot is safe, and very easy to get a parking space in front of the store.

What we loved about Wag Time and Don (owner and trainer) is that he does not use treats or shock. He employs voice and leash control. In reality Don trains YOU how to train! Honestly I was a skeptic! BUT we saw IMMEDIATE improvement during the very first lesson!! We have had 6 lessons so far, and Benny has come a long way! Life changing for us! They are being "worked " (trained) separately and, as of the past week (because it's getting dark so early and because it's now doable), they also get a long walk together. We have been at it about two months and have made significant progress (with lots of room for more!) Don't forget that it is up to the dog owner to do the work--neither Don nor the dogs can bear any responsibility for the lack of progress when the only way to improve the dogs' behavior is to be consistent in demanding (and enforcing) what you want. But Don is very patient with the dogs and me, so I can try to emulate his techniques with the dogs daily, between sessions.

When he was 10 months old, we enrolled our not-so-little pup in JPK9's Board and Train program. From the initial consultation and finalizing agreements to dropping Vander off, both Juan and Sarah made the entire process seamless and truly put our minds at ease. After just three weeks, Vander came home showing tremendous growth in his manners, focus, and overall behavior. Juan's dedication and passion for his craft speak for themselves through the results we've seen. What we appreciate most about JPK9, however, is the genuine care they show for each dog's growth and long-term success. This has become especially apparent through their Sunday training sessions. JPK9 has built a community of dog owners committed to growing and training their four-legged family members, and Juan and Sarah truly make that community feel like family.

I often approach google reviews with a healthy dose of skepticism, but after researching Jaimie's…read moreapproach to training, and gaining a cursory understanding of his training philosophy, I knew I had found the trainer I was looking for, and took a leap of faith. All I can say is: wow! My dog has never been happier and more well-behaved. Ironically, his approach, really, is about training you, the owner, to cultivate the behavior you want to see in your dog. He trains owners to address the root cause of behaviors, which leads to broad, systemic changes through energy-management and LOTS of positive reinforcement. Before finding Jaimie, I was worried I'd have to give my dog up to a sanctuary if I ever lived with another person who owned a dog because my dog's behavior was out of control. I no longer have that fear after training with Jaimie. He is truly a master of his craft, and I have full confidence his training techniques can work on any dog after seeing my dog's behavior transform. I have a 10 year old Shih Tzu that I adopted from the pound at 5 years old. She was constantly getting into trouble: jumping on furniture, marking in the house, pulling trash from trash cans, aggressive with kids and other dogs. I believed the folk wisdom that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks," and Jaimie shattered that myth within the first training session. Jaimie's approach is really quite simple, if you think about it: if you manage your dog's energy, and you set boundaries for your dog, you can create a completely new routine that your dog will adopt through your consistent, clear communication and praising good behavior. Over time, through consistency, you fall into a new routine, one where your dog listens and understands the expectations you've set, and it feels natural. Since beginning training, my Shih Tzu has stopped marking inside the house and outside during walks, stopped begging for food and stealing food from the toddler in my house, pulling trash from the trash cans, stopped barking at every little noise in the house, listens to my commands while walking on a leash, and no longer jumps on furniture. Additionally, she is generally happier, and more affectionate with every human she meets. Next, I'm planning to work with Jaimie on addressing my dog's anxiety with other dogs. All of the work the work you put into training really pays off, and I have full confidence that his techniques and attention to detail will help me guide my dog finally begin to trust other dogs. Trust the process, be patient with yourself and with your dog, remain consistent, and cultivate the behavior you want to see.

The wealth of knowledge he has is impressive. He met us at a dog park and gave us plenty of things to work on. Remember he is a real trainer. That means he is training YOU to work with your pet. Not your pet to work with him. Our dog couldn't walk in a dog park without going crazy. Being a bit of an alpha and posturing. Now, he has been a great pup at the parks. At other boarding or daycare places, she's often come home smelling like urine, but at Camp Bow Wow she's always returned to me clean and well cared for, which I really appreciate. They said I could watch her on cameras while she was there thinking that would be good. Over half of the time, the cameras were pixilated, down, blurry or the dogs were out of range of the camera. The next day, after being in their care, my dog got extremely sick. I had to take her to the vet which cost me $626. It's been over a week and my dog has still not made a full recovery. They tried to say it must have been from her previous vaccines; however, the two vet hospitals that I spoke with which included one I took her to, said there was no way, that too much time had lapsed and that she caught something from their facility. I reached out to them and asked for a call back from the manager, but they have yet to call me, they will only send an email. How absolutely impersonal. My dog gets super sick being in their care and they can't even have the decency or courtesy to return my call? All they did is said that I signed a contract stating if my dog gets sick and there is a vet bill that they are not responsible. I have requested a copy of this contract as I am usually pretty thorough with reading through contracts and I do not recall reading or signing what they emailed me. Beware! Ask for a copy of this contract PRIOR to signing anything or leaving your pet. It seems convenient that all of these terms magically appeared. Also, maybe check out their board inside their facility showing the many dogs that are on medication. I am sure the community drinking bowl didn't help if there was a sick animal to begin with. Also, I understand that it is a dog daycare, but I think it is the worst smelling one that I have been too. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets! What an absolutely horrible experience!!!!!!! Let me add, I've read other reviews now that other dogs have got sick from their facility as well and had extensive vet bills. In my opinion, these people could care a less. It's absolutely sickening!
