My fiancé and I mainly come here for the dog wash. You can purchase a dog wash package (5 for $60) that gets added to your account. The employees are super friendly here and are great about making sure the dog wash is clean and ready for each customer, which is highly appreciated. There's only two dog wash stations, but there's usually one available whenever we've stopped by. The space between each dog wash station is enough for each person to move around comfortably, but is a fairly enclosed space (that's blocked off by a baby gate), so just a heads up if you happen to have a reactive dog. With the dog wash, you get access to an apron, towels, choice of shampoo, a dog bath brush, and a force blow dryer for your use. There's a shelf you can utilize as well if you end up bringing your own supplies, which we typically do. Having gone to other dog washes, we've ultimately decided this is our favorite due to cleanliness. Highly recommend! read more

I do not want to be those people that starting off by saying VOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COST but this is my personal experience and I had to be honest that it was awful for my pup. We purchased self dog wash on Friday and we were given this refill bottle with sharpie written "tea tree shampoo" on and after we came home, my dog started showing signs of discomfort and lethargic. He wouldn't eat or play like normal. We took him to the vet and after the inspection we were told that my dog's skin was harshly irritated by some chemical. Again, I don't know if my dog is the only one that is allergic to this no brand shampoo but my vet told me to check with this business. read more

I came here for the pet vaccination clinic since Bella needed her booster shots. I'll admit that initially I was apprehensive as the range of costs and fees from one veterinarian clinic to another can be enormous and I had no idea what this was going to cost me here. Needless to say, and after waiting in a line which meandered through the store, I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service and the economical cost. Not very often does a store actually live up to its name but Incredible Pets does and continues to! I started shopping here a few months ago when I heard a new pet store opened in the neighborhood because I like to support local businesses. The store is very clean and organized with everything easy to find, along with a friendly face offering assistance as soon as you walk in. The staff here is very helpful and informative making your shopping experience so easy! The first time we went in we were helped out by Jake, so happy that he introduced us to grain free dog food. I've always used store brand dog food out of habit and I thought it was cheaper. It may be a small price difference from the store brands but so worth it. They have samples of most foods so you can try it out first, and if you buy a bag and your pup doesn't like it you can bring it back for a (store?)refund! The selection here is great, for both cats and dogs. I find exactly what I need every single time. I even have some door covers for my car on order because they didn't have them in stock. This is a pet wash review. I would ignore the review about the water nozzle pressure. It was perfect and adjustable. Who even goes to a pet wash to have low water pressure?! I thoroughly enjoyed washing my labradoodle there! My back didn't hurt from having to bend over the tub, I used thier shampoo, brushes, towels and awesome hair dryer! I LOVE Incredible Pets!! I wasn't eating a very healthy diet. My owner tried so hard to make me eat healthy foods but I just wanted my treats all the time. He tried lots of different stuff over a long period of time. When we first went to Incredible Pets he told the staff about my poor diet. Jake (the manager who has moved on to the Carmichael store) and Jennie and Stephanie (the new managers of our store) had a few suggestions so we followed their advice and now I am healthier than ever before!! They even have great grain free treats and I love em love em love them!!! Mmmm I want one now. Oh and the staff, the entire staff is awesome. Friendly as can be and very knowledgeable. I have made two trips to this store. The first time I came in just to look around and purchase food for my chinchilla. They didn't have the particular brand that I was looking for, but offered to order that brand for me. During my second trip, I came in search of supplies for my chihuahua. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The young lady working there, Jennie, offered me advice on crate training and recommended different dog foods to cater to my dog's needs. This store is incredible (sorry for the pun). Just moved into the neighborhood from Oregon where we feed our cat a raw food diet of Rad Cat. They didn't stock it when we first went in. Jake, the manager, made suggestions to try some other brands and see if they would work. He said he'd order Rad Cat in for us if the other stuff didn't work. Our cat is more finicky than we knew, and didn't like the new food. Brought it back, got full credit and now the freezer is stocked with Rad Cat and is the only place we shop. Great friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable and they stock a variety of products. Highly recommend coming here. Everyone is so friendly, you'll want to just stop in and chat and say hi. read more

The self serve dog washing facility is fantastic. Each wash is $10, unless you get a card for 4 washes - which costs $30. The wash includes 2 big towels, your choice of shampoos, and there are aprons hanging in the wash area for customer use. You wash, dry and groom your dog in the deep sink. It's vastly easier on my back and more pleasant for my 3 little dogs then fighting to get them under the faucet in my bathtub - plus there's no water all over my floor and their dryers are way better than my old Conair blow dryer! There's only 2 bathing sinks, so I usually call before I go. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable about different products and they are very happy to help. I don't buy a lot of things here because they are expensive, but the dog wash is awesome! read more

We love this location!!! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help us if we need it. They carry the frozen Primal brand of dog and cat food, which is what we feed our pets. We used to call ahead and put it on hold to make sure they had some in stock. Now the manager just knows our order and makes sure she orders enough for us every month. One time they didn't have the chicken flavor that we usually get and the manager gave us 10% off since we had to buy the beef flavor! I guess it pays to be a regular! Also target have dog grooming there (I've never used it), it's pet friendly for dogs in leashes, and they even keep a water bowl inside the store. Super cute! This review is primarily about the self service dog wash but also about their price matching. My wife and I went into the store to use the self service dog wash for our standard poodle. I was worried about the nozzle due to the other negative review. We found the nozzle worked FINE and was a professional quality nozzle that you squeeze to start. We found no issues with enough room and hose length for our dog. We had for $10 a selection of shampoos with conditioner built in or separately supplied. There were three towels, aprons, and a cold air blow dryer. For the money and convenience this is a bargain and you can get a discount for each wash if you purchase 4, as I recall. We will definitely get the package deal for follow on washes. Our dog did not like the cold air blower, possibly because it was either cold or noisy to his ears. We also found that they will price match other places. We like Natural Balance and Pet Club in Elk Grove has the best prices. We brought a receipt for the canned food our dog likes and they added it to our membership for future price matches. For the big bag of dog food, since we did not have a receipt, they called and got the price we had noted. It is nice to not have to travel that far to get the same price. The store is very clean and well laid out. We will definitely shop there in the future. No complaints at all. read more

Review for Self Serve Dog Wash: Great place! very Satisfied b/c its clean, close by, reasonably priced and not crowded (weekday afternoon). Never washing my dog at home again during winter in the cold! The water nozzles are similar to those you see in the back of resturants to rinse dishes...if you put your hand over the water spray its a lot gentler on the dog....also, if you make your dog sit down (facing the facet) you can totally rinse their chest very easily. They supply really expensive name brand (Earthbath) shampoo and conditioner, towels, etc. My only concern is that towards the end of the 10 minute bath and rinse the hot/warm water appeared to be running low (glad we were done). Will definitely return for baths in the future and to buy our food too (b/c they have price matching). Great locally owned business. read more
