I go to PetSmart when we are in the area and can't get to Pets Plus before they close.... It's a very clean store and the staff is always helpful... We used to come here to get our dogs nails trimmed but the prices can be a bit high... Also at one time I had our Papillon here and instead of trimming her nails they used the grinder while I went to pay... Needless to say she didn't like it... After this incident she wouldn't let my wife cut her nails at home... read more

My brother brought in his dog for grooming. Their regular groomer was out sick and another groomer provided the services. Normally the dog looks great. This new groomer did a terrible job. She cut too much off of the dog's body and the fur on his face was so uneven. The poor dog looks lopsided. Petsmart had the nerve to have my brother pay in full today and advised him bring the dog back for a redo when the regular groomer is back. If you have a regular groomer that does an awesome job, stick to that person. Don't let someone else butcher your beloved pet. The poor dog looks terrible now and they had to pay for such a badly executed grooming. Now they have to waste more time returning to get the actual service they paid for. My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs. read more

This store has a large variety of products for all types of pets- from reptiles to fish to dogs and cats. This location is very convenient to where I live (and next door to a Target), so I visit often. When the lines get backed up, they call for support, and I have always been greeted and thanked whenever I shop here. The stock and selection are good, and the prices are a bit high, but that has been typical of my experiences at specialty pet stores. The store has a salon, but I have never brought my dog here for grooming, so I cannot comment on the quality of service it offers. read more

Very neat and clean pet smart. A new location that opened last year. This location has the wash your own dog option which is nice. If you're not familiar with this service, do it, it's awesome. You rent their sinks and all of their wonderful washing supplies etc for a flat rate. They offer all types of animal foods including fishes and reptiles for sale. They do a pet adoption once a month, you can call and ask about that! Staff is usually friendly and very helpful, good sales people really! Looking forward to making this my local pet supply store! Stopped in to the pet store in Delran. After walking in it immediately smelled horrific. Checked out the animals like bunnies and ferrets. The ferrets had nothing in their cage besides a bunch of poop. Walked over to the dogs and every single area is full of poop. All of the dogs seem so sad and don't move around. The reason behind it is because they have nothing in there besides their own feces to sit in. You would think that nobody was working here with how disgusting and dirty and smelly it is. I feel so bad for all of the animals. I'm sure they are not getting the proper care they need. If I could afford to adopt them all I would. read more

Yesterday was nail grinding at the salon for my dog. Been going there for at least 4 yrs. New people working, Manager fighting on phone with client.Very Loudly, nice and professional When my dog was done , I wasn;t sure they were ground. She said "I just took the points off"........So why did I come in, so I can come back next week for the same service???? When they pay people a living wage the talented people stay. I want to hear about the sick guinea pig you gave away that was taken to a vet that subsequently died. Why didn't one of your staff notice the pig was sick? Why wasn't it taken to a vet? This place is pretty awesome. I have always purchased dog food and other dog related products here and even had my dog groomed here. The prices are all reasonable and work well into our budget. I love that they are pet friendly and we can stop in after taking the pooch to the dog park. My only recommendation is to get floors that are more dog friendly. We spend a good chunk of time watching our dog slide her way across the floor heading back to get groomed. We have not tried the training yet, but that I am sure will be happening soon. read more

Yes as good as it gets Dellran Petsmart is absolutely amazing. Their team is very caring and they make you feel very comfortable and they care about you and your animals well-being ! I was just in there and I would just like to say a employee named Brooke had stayed after they had closed at 6 o'clock just to help me figure out what was the best decision on an item for my cat was she didn't rush me very kind n sweet Brooke is very nice and sweet and I would nominate her employee of the month any day she's awesome ! Anyhow we had gotten what we needed for my cat and decide what was best for her claws for her gel tips so she doesn't scratch anything and I was very pleased with everything overall I would rate it 10.
