Thank you Cynthia G! My girl looks amazing!!! I took my newly adopted dog in for her very first grooming. I had to wait a few minutes as the girl who was there was grooming another dog. She was very helpful and explained everything and gave recommendations on what style and cut would be good for my dog. My Scully girl looks amazing! Honestly she looks like a completely different dog! Lol!!! I'm so happy with how it came out! I will definitely come back!

You can't tell but her tail is shaped just right!

Thank you Benny G! You did an amazing job with my dog Rose! We had a really bad experience at a small mom and pop grooming location near by.. so We decided to try Pet smart.. Pricing was higher but quality of the cut and attention to every detail was amazing! Thank you & if you are looking for a groomer to groom your Maltese I'll definitely recommend you request for Benny G!

Arianna is one of the dog trainers for this facility. She is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, kind, approachable, and just overall helpful. The store is always clean and neatly organized. The cashiers helped me set up the online app so I can view my points and coupons better. This is just a really great PetSmart! My puppy just finished a six week training with Ariana and has learned so much they even had an adorable graduation ceremony at the end.

This store is located in the plaza off Alameda in Compton off the 91 fwy. Store is clean and staff are helpful and friendly. Came here to pick up a toy for my Aunt's doggie they had a good amount to choose from ended up getting a tuffy jr bone toy. Overall a nice pet store for most of your needs.

Maddie had been having some reactivity issues due to being attacked on 2 separate occasions by a bigger dog. Any time we would walk her, she would howl bloody murder. And if you know a beagle's howl, you know how loud it can get. The neighbors knew when we would be walking her because they could hear her for blocks. And people would stare at us as if we were horrible pet parents so we decided it was enough and contacted Diana for some help. As soon as we met her, she explained her process and how she works. And she explained how and why reactivity occurs. Everything was explained very easily and smoothly so that my spouse and I could understand why Maddie did certain things and how to correct them. We went ahead and did the 8 session package and met weekly with Diana. She laid the foundation for us and we increased training to build on that foundation. Lo and behold, Maddie no longer howls bloody murder when she sees another dog! One of our neighbors noticed and said that he can't tell anymore when we walk her because he doesn't hear us anymore. And every time we spot him during our walks, he's always so impressed with her training and how far she's come along. We ended our training with Maddie learning "down" and we are planning on doing more training sessions to further build on Maddie's training with e-collar training and more obedience. I can't begin to thank Diana enough for all that she's done for us and for our chonk. Diana is super awesome and an amazing trainer. She provides you with the guidance that you need. She's always available if you ever need help with anything or need clarification on any homework assignments she leaves you with before the next training session. My spouse and I highly recommend Diana for any training your pup may need or if you would like to add more building blocks to your dog's training. Diana is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any pet parent. She's simply the best! Oh, and her dog, Moose, is awesome too!

Diana was extremely intentional and knowledgeable from our very first meeting. She assessed Bruce well and and throughout our 8 sessions, we received 1-on-1 guidance during and between training. She thoroughly explained the "why" behind certain behaviors and what actions we need to take in order to shift his/our behavior. From week to week, Diana gave us some homework to do between sessions but knowing we also have busy schedules, she met us where we were and adjusted our training plan accordingly. We worked on leash training, reactivity, impulse control, crate and place training, recall at home and in public but that actually translated into setting better boundaries, building mutual trust between us and Bruce, and advocating for him in situations which we weren't doing as well before. Overall, we appreciated her understanding, her openness to listening to our concerns, and her adaptive but structured approach. Since we had a specific, timebound goal in mind it helped keep us motivated and on track. At the end of the 8 sessions (Oct - Dec), we gained invaluable strategies to manage Bruce in different situations (in public, crowded spaces, around other dogs) and we feel that we understand Bruce a lot more now than before. Thank you, Diana!

Boarding is now (February 2026) close to $100 per night for a small/medium dog, which already places it on the higher end compared to other facilities. In addition to that, there is a flat $35 late checkout fee and a $25 same-day reservation fee! The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.

By the next day she was walking around, and her appetite/elimination had returned to normal. The facility itself is so clean and well maintained - the kennels are spotless and tidy, and it's definitely a place where I would trust leaving my household/beloved pet. Parking is narrow and the lot is small, so be careful pulling in and out of the lot. Nearby the side streets are a bit rougher with some shadier types lurking around the corners. Nova was still a puppy and had a lot of energy, but had a rough start at the shelter after being turned in as a stray. Needless to say, she needed some work. The shelter gave us a trainer to work with, who solved some of the issues, but not all; and not the core problem. We also had another rescue at home so, the dog aggression and fear was a big issue. We tried to work through things on our own, but had hit a plateau and still had issues with fear, people, and dog aggression. For two years, I read endless reviews, looked at several programs, and a few rehabilition specialists. I scoured the Angel City Pit Bull site in search of any help. That's when I came across The Fouche Way - Brandon Fouche. I read ALL of the Yelp reviews and watched his videos on Facebook daily. We kept him in our back pocket, thinking we would reach out one day to enlist his help. During the holidays, Nova bit our other dog due to being overexcited so, we decided it was time to give Brandon a call. In a matter of days our relationship and understanding with Nova started to improve. The advice and insight he shared with us about dog behaviour and how to handle some of the issues we were experiencing has changed our lives. It's been about a month, and things are getting better and better every day. Brandon is invested from DAY ONE with a singular goal to "save lives" which he definitely does. If you are struggling with behavioral problems with your dog, DO NOT HESITATE. The techniques you will learn will last you a lifetime and will definitely turn your relationship around with your pet.

As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. I'm excited to continue his progress at home, and I'm sure we will see John and Sara for future stays! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of his adventures with John and Sara. :)
