Doggy care here is decent. Don't go here if you want to buy fish though. They deny selling you fish claiming your fish tank is too small when PetSmart has smaller tanks with a ton more fish in it than it should be with some dead at the bottom, some floating around, or stuck to the filter. I would have given them a better and longer life had the fish patrol would sell it to me. If you're desperate for a fish, just lie to them about your tank size I guess. I'm lucky to live just a few minutes from this PetSmart! After getting a puppy, I come here every week just to let him sniff around and socialize. The workers are all very friendly. They have a decent selection of dog food for the average person--however if you are looking for very specialized, more high-end dog food and supplements, I would recommend searching elsewhere or going online. I've made other purchases here as well, such as, collar and leash; they have a good selection of color and size. If you know you'll be buying a lot of items for your pet frequently, register for their rewards program, PetSmart Treats. I appreciate the people who bring their dogs to the store to pick out their own toys, shop for clothes, or, of course, if they have a grooming or boarding appointment since I do the same (except I haven't tried grooming/ boarding) and I like to look at the other pretty dogs, except when they bark. The best most caring kindest staff your pet could ask for! We just boarded two dogs for ten days and when we picked them up (Bisbee and Daphne) it was clear how much fun they were still having! I called a few times while we were traveling and the pet care staff was always knowledgeable about each dog and provided plenty of info on how their doggie days were going. He has stayed overnight many times and they take very good care of him. His favorite is daycare. He is a social butterfly. It's a weird time to go to puppy class, but this Petsmart made it possible, and it felt as safe as any typical outing during this time. The class size was reduced to six dogs, everyone wore masks, and the stools we all sat at were spaced well apart. Lee was very knowledgeable, and when she had the leash she made all of our puppies look like rockstars. She not only demonstrated, but also came around and advised all of us individually when we were practicing things such as loose lease walking, which was a very nice touch. She also recommended new resources and tools that are already yielding positive results in my pup's day to day training (e.g. booklets, head halter, and front clip harness). We have done training several times before (we have had 4 dogs prior to this puppy, but I think we are slow learners) but none of those prior trainers have been as good as Lee. I've been to many Petsmarts many times including this one. I'm writing this review specifically in response to such a nice lady that helped me out today at approximately 2:30pm. I was looking for some goldfish because I'm setting up a small fish tank for my mom. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by this lady that was working in the fish section who at the time was busy putting out a new shipment of Betta fish. She took the time to stop what she was doing and help me pick out a few specific pretty "feeder" fish out of a large tank of many. There weren't any other type of goldfish available at the time. I hate calling them "feeder fish" because to me, they're fishes who deserve a chance at a nice life too, as they will be given. They were only 20 cents and I only got three but this lady was very kind, helpful and took the time to help me get these specific ones out of a large tank of many and with a smile. I don't know the lady's name but thank you, my mom loves her new aquarium and the fishies seem happy so far and doing well . read more
