Check out his legs and face. They're a horrible mess! THere are uneven hairs everywhere!

My groomers that I usually take my dog to went out of business. They always did an outstanding job on Stormy, so I was heartbroken to see them go. I decided to give Pet Smart a try. I registered the appt on line which wasn't difficult. The estimate for grooming was $72. 00. Stormy's appt. was for 1:00. The groomer asked, in great detail, exactly what I wanted. I showed her a photo of his last cut that I wanted her to replicate. I also showed her a photo of what I did NOT want- his mustache totally shaved off. She took photos of them on her phone. She told me it would take 3 or maybe 4 hours. I was shocked! Usually his grooming took an hour and 1/2 or two hours the most. After three hours, I called Pet Smart and was told he'd be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, five minutes later, I was shocked to be presented with a bill for $102.00!! I was charged extra $ because he was "difficult to work with". In five years of having him groomed, NO ONE had ever said that! Everyone said he's a sweet boy. I do know his front paws are tender in certain spots. Then, there was an extra fee for "scissoring". Finally, a $10. LATE charge! What the ****!?! The manager was called and he late fee was erased as it was a mistake. I told her it was a horrific haircut- the worst ever!! She told me the groomer had already left for the day, but she would have Isabella call me first thing to rectify the situation. Well, it's already late in the afternoon, and there has been no call from Pet Smart. That infuriates me even more! Do I want that groomer to "touch him up"? Absolutely not!! Honestly, I could have done a better job and I have zero experience. I will NEVER return nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!

I just love this location and I just wanted to give an updated review since my pup has been to the groomers several times here! S/N: I'm keeping the contents of my old review and it still holds true to today! Poppy is still getting used to the groomers and Poppy has always looked amazing after seeing Jessica M. and Brittany K. They are so good with her. Not only that, the other times I've gotten her groomed, the others would forget to put the bow or bandana on (which is included). However, these two specific groomers I've noticed do it without me asking! I love that! We appreciate them making Poppy feel, look, and smell good! Not only that, I love that the prices for the groomers is not bad at all. It's very reasonable in my opinion and they tend to have a lot of specials. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program and check your emails! Overall, I love this location. I highly recommend it! They always are so nice and helpful. I've never had any issues coming here! Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Gracie in her Teddy Bear cut. Thank you Ashley.

I have a 5 year old Pomeranian. I keep her in a Teddy Bear cut. My former groomer was cutting her in a Lion Mane which was overpowering for Gracie. I came to Petsmart on June 11th after booking on line. I was fortunate to have Ashley as the groomer. She was so attentive and listen to all my concerns. She identified Gracie needed a special Express treatment as Gracie has a heart murmur. When I picked up Gracie, I was so excited because she looked perfect. I am thankful that Ashely is now our permanent groomer.

We always come here for all of poppy's puppy needs. We come to give her groomings and we DEFINITELY recommend Jessica and Brittany for the groomings, they take such good care of her each visit, updates us on how poppy is during her grooming, and we know poppy can be difficult when her face is being touched and we can see that they give extra love and care during that process. We love them! So always look for Jessica or Brittany, they're the best!

    Beautiful new cut

Brittany's by far hands down on the best groomers that I've had although all the groomers are great but she stands out above Thank you Petsmart Boynton Beach

Maggots in the food and moths

Bought my dog food twice in a row from this location and there are maggots in the food. Canidae is the brand. Never buying food again from PetSmart. Never had this problem with Amazon. I brought it up to a employee and was told it must be from the warehouse. I'm not feeding my puppy maggots. Beware!!!

I recommend Kasey from the grooming salon, as she is professional & made my pet comfortable during his visit. My lab at first was afraid to enter the door upon arrival but with Kasey and her coworker greeting my pup in such a friendly manner, he immediately felt more at ease for his visit. The results were astonishing upon pick up. 10/10 service!

I recently got my dog groomed at Petsmart with diamond and I definitely see signs of abuse I won't be taking any of my animals back.

He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

It is so hard to find a good cat groomer (especially for long haired cats) but I was so impressed! She was very gentle with my cat and gave me a run down of what she planned to do with removing the mats. The price is very reasonable and I am definitely planning to use this groomer again! My cat returned happy, healthy, and mat-free! Provided me with a few treats to give my cat afterwards too! She really knows what she is doing when working with cats- definitely recommend!!

Having my dogs groomed by Shelley was one of the worst experiences of my life. She arrived half an…read morehour early and threatened to leave when I told her that my dogs needed to do a quick pee before grooming. She did not know the breed of my purebred dog and had to look his breed up in a grooming book she had. She had no idea how his breed should be groomed. She was extremely rough with both my dogs who are 13 years and two years of age. Several times I had to admonish her to treat them more gently. I stayed in her mobile almost the whole time during the grooming as I was afraid to leave them alone with her. I left near the end only to go into the house to get payment for her, during which time she trimmed their nails at my request (she wasn't going to). She neglected to trim my younger dog's dewclaws, quite an oversight. She also did nothing to her ears until I asked her to groom them. She injured my 13 year old dog by deeply cutting into the vein in his left hind paw, and didn't tell me so that when I brought him in the house after grooming, he bled all over my house on area rugs, into tile grout, and on a sofa, all of which I had to get professionally cleaned, not to mention my poor little senior dog who bled for three hours bevause she never informed me about the injury (and after grooming I had to leave the house for a few hours, which I would not have done if I'd known about the injury she incurred). When I texted her about this, only then did she admit to having injured him, but never once apologized. She also left abrasions on my other dog which turned into scabs all over her face and body from shaving her down too close to her skin, and doing so frenetically and roughly, and for which she over-charged me, $140 for a shave down, and made me do her job by making me dry my own dogs and vacuum her mobile instead of doing it herself. After I called her out on injuring my dogs, she sent me a curse-laden text telling me to "Go f--k yourself because nobody else will," and other personal attacks. Unbelievable! Who behaves like this?!? A week later I received a letter she mailed to my home demanding that I leave her no negative reviews. How dare she! A couple of weeks before the grooming she told me she had a medical marijuana prescription and offered to procurr me marijuana for $250 an ounce, all of which I have in writing from her. I told her I don't use marijuana, and never have. As far as grooming goes, she has no idea how to groom, but chops at fur with sharp scissors with absolutely no sense of style or balance. The woman is not only stupid, but completely insane and unprofessional in every way. What an absolutely horrible experience. I should have read her reviews before I let her near my dogs. Almost half of them are negative. Update March 20: Having read Shelley Gehr, the groomer's, response, it should be apparent to anyone reading that she resorts to slander and name-calling when she injures a dog instead of accepting responsibility for being unprofessional. I did not give her a BAD check, I STOPPED her check the morning after she injured my dog and the evening before when he bled on my furniture, tile and area rugs after she groomed him. I apprised her that I was stopping the check and told her why I was doing so on the advice of an attorney. It cost me $30 to stop the check and $310 to have the damage cleaned from the bleeding from my poor little dog. I am suing Shelley Gehr for those charges. Since she offered me drugs, I think she's the one with the problem, yet she is calling me a drug addict (and, no, I have never been in rehab as I have never used drugs). I may add slander and libel to the charges and will be consulting my attorney further. This woman doesn't know when to shut-up for her own good.
