Our little girl still has a scab that falls off and then we start all over again It's so nice to pet her and not disturbed the scab NOT !

The next day. You can see how uneven her arms/feet are.

Our regular groomer is booked out and we desperately needed someone to groom our two labradoodles. I let them know that I wanted them to have short summer cuts and wasn't picky if they needed to go even shorter than what I said, or if they needed to shave their ears/tails. When we picked up the dogs we didn't check them out much and went home. The groomer did say that her manager wouldn't let her touch our older dogs head due to a bump that we showed them when we arrived. I was understanding but was bummed they didn't clean up the area around his mouth. Once we got home we noticed several long/uneven spots on both dogs. She trimmed half of my females belly, but left the other half long. I have never seen someone leave long hair (even the trimmed side was long) on a summer cut or even a winter cut for that matter. She left ALL the hair around her privates long which should have been a sanitary clean up. She left the hair on my male's bottom long. Both had mats in their genitals and bottom that we had to cut and shave when we got home. Even though I paid for a bath and cut, she did not bathe my female. My female had black stuff stuck in her chin hair. She did not trim the hair on my females head and we had to trim the hair around her eyes so she could see. Her tail was combed out, but matted so we had to shave that too. She said that she shaved a spot behind my dogs ear bc it was matted, okay I understand. But when I checked, she left big mats behind both her ears! I also specifically asked her to clean up my dogs ears inside because I don't know how to do that. My female had dirt in her ears and large, matted ear hair balls with ear wax. Meaning they didn't touch the inside of her ears at all. I had to clean them and I'll have to take her somewhere else to have them plucked. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the girl was nice and the dogs seemed like they were still in good spirits when I picked them up. Their haircuts were terrible though and we had to wait a week to fix them once we went out of town and my mom could help us.

We have been using the Petsmart grooming salon for a year now. My dog has a tendency to get nervous around strangers but she absolutely adores the staff at Petsmart. The grooming salon is on of the best I have been to. Rachel is always professional and my pup always looks fantastic. They always seem to do something that makes the whole experience over the top such as bows in her hair, a bandana and an emailed photo of her new haircut. Appointments are always easy to get and the actual cut and shampoo has a pretty quick turn around. If you are looking for a place to bring your pup for a trim, give them a try. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks for always taking care of us!

We feel so lucky to have found Erica and The Kind Canine. To say that Erica is amazing is an…read moreunderstatement. She is extremely gifted in reading pups' behaviors and needs, as well as training people to understand their furry friends and support them along their journey. Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough. We've made huge leaps and bounds...we have all become more confident during Ren's transition from a rescue. A few months after training with Erica, Ren is now adjusting to big changes and experiences we weren't sure she could handle. All thanks to Erica helping us be the puppy parents Ren needs us to be. If you need help training your pup...I highly recommend The Kind Canine!

Not only is the training top notch, but he loves to go. I think he may like Desiree even better than us! It is so nice when we go out of town to know Zeke is happy with Desiree. She has good safety and health protocols that put me at ease with him spending time there, and I know she cares for the dogs with her.

I know no other place anywhere that literally does training for your dog while they play. Commands like "wait," "back" "break" and many others. She watches the dogs behavior when they play so they do not get too rough with each other. She is an expert in interpreting dogs behavior. She also trains the dogs in groups as seen below. But all of this is done with positive training and kindness for she truly loves the dogs. For warmer days, she has kid pools for the dogs, and for really cold days there is an inside play area. She plays games with the dogs too. When my dog arrives, he flies through the air with ears flying backwards for he is so excited to arrive at Woof to Wow
