Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough. I almost worried they were having too much fun and wouldn't want to come home (ok, not really but they were pretty comfortable there). April and Scott and their pup, Smidge are fantastic and treat our boys like family. Smidge is the most welcoming and gracious pup I've ever met and she makes all new comers feel welcome immediately (our boy, Joey, has a major crush on her!). During their stay, we get lots of updates which we love because we miss them terribly when we travel. The Sullivans are very professional but also very warm and kind. I know our boys are in good hands and I can't imagine leaving them anywhere else.
