    deep cut

    Me and my friend are absolutely livid and yes we will be going back to yall in person and make sure you make things right. We took Casper in for a grooming last saturday and he bled for a couple days since the grooming. We did not notice until we got home where he had deep cuts. The lady who groomed him told us when we asked how he did that he did good and that all he did was throw up. But there was more to the story left untold. It is completely unacceptable how negligent she was, at least could've had the courtesy to let us know what she did. And even going in with appointment,as they don't do walk ins anymore, Casper took hours until being ready. We had an appointment at 4 however they asked us to come earlier and we arrived at 3:30 and they took a good 3-3 and a half hours with him. Walking by to check in to see what's going on,he was the only damn dog getting groomed so hm what could have taken so long? This place don't even deserve no 1 star, BOOHOO

    About two weeks ago I took one of my two dogs Apache into the PetSmart at Tikahtnu Commons for a nail trim long story short his nails were all messed up and he was bleeding on multiple nails even when I got home i had to apply kwik about two times. I contacted corporate and slammed that store hard because both of my dogs are ESA and they are federally protected under MHA Laws. Cooperate sent the complaint down to this store by accident and I got a call from the store manager so she was aware that I was blasting the other petsmart.. Stores in the same district are in cahoots together especially when the corporate. I go into this store for pictures with Santa for both Apache and Hunter Brown and I'm told that the pictures cannot be found even though I had made a reservation. I do not appreciate being retaliated against and I can establish that this is In fact that because I can guarantee that no none else in their system has a 929 area code and I have not yet seen an Akita and a red fox Labrador out here with the names Apache and Hunter Brown so between the area code, my dogs breed and name this makes me stand out like a sore thumb..I am a New Yorker born in NYC and I am not gong to put up w my relationship with with petsmart is done and any responses and concerns this store can shove em..

    All gecko supplies minus the bracket for the lights, the Tupperware for the moist hide and the thermostat came from petsmart.

    Costumer service has been excellent and the staff has helped us so much with my family's newly acquired Leopard geckos. They have taken their time to clarify what we need while helping us select the best products to suit the geckos, as well as the Dubia roaches we're housing to feed those geckos. I've never owned anything outside cats and dogs so I had a ton of questions, and they informed me of things I hadn't thought of. They had everything we needed and most of what we wanted for them. I have been there at least 6 times in the last three weeks and many times before that for our 3 dogs. Not once have they rushed me or made me feel like an imposition (which I have experienced at other pet stores). All staff has been friendly and the best part, what I have been told thus far is the exact same things their vet has told me. It's so important to be given accurate information with a new pet, and I appreciate that I can trust the information I've been given. I can't speak on any other petsmarts, but this one is great. Thank you petsmart employees, from two happy kids and one grateful mother! :)

    Rude, uncooperative staff - a few months ago my son was able to pick out a hamster by holding them, and now my fiancé's son goes to pick one out and they won't let him do anything but look. I truly get the impression the person was lazy and just didn't want to open the cage (she spouted off some "liability" reason, but this is a PET STORE people). I was very disappointed with the attitude they have at this store. I know it's not a high-dollar item but we decided to go to PetZoo and we were treated much differently.

    Found what I needed. Staff was most helpful. My pup enjoyed riding in the cart and chose her treat quickly.

When I first walked in with my very unfriendly 'only-child' I was extremely nervous. He hasn't been left without me for longer than 4 hrs at a time his whole life. When I first walked in there were friendly cats everywhere, the ones who 'are' sociable, they all looked relaxed and at home. It was like walking into a friends house and greeting their cats. For the more unsocial cats like mine they get their own spacious personal 'suite' very large, with a cat bed, full size litter pan, food and water. In the 'social' area their were toys, cat trees, they even had a TV at ground level playing cat minded programming! I also noticed how calm and quiet it was inside, no loud yapping dogs or blaring music, it was amazing. By the time I left I was of course worried but was feeling much better about leaving him there. I wanted to come get him before he had to stay overnight. It was actually one of the off days where they have shorter hours, Elaine came in on her day off at 7PM just for me, amazing. I should also mention price, I was surprised how low it was, no higher rates for shorter terms and awesome deals for longer term stays. I could tell this was a place that truly cares about cats. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their cat and wants them to be as comfortable as possible when they're traveling and staying home isn't an option.

The ability for owners to visit also helped me feel comfortable. I can tell the owner and staff here really, really care about the cats' health and safety. Will absolutely board here again!

He had never gone before, and I wondered how he would be socializing with other dogs and being away from me. I have had the absolute best experience with Happy Dog Day Camp! My pup is waiting at the door at 6am to go play with his friends! He is tired when he gets home, and I feel very safe leaving him there overnight. (Sometimes, I think that he'd rather be there then at home. lol) The prices are the best in town, and you can drop-off / pick-up any time. You don't have to have a set schedule, which makes a world of difference as far as my own schedule. The owner, John, is always welcoming, excited, and knowledgeable! The girls who work there are also so kind and ready to greet Romer, even at 6:30am in the morning. I highly recommend this place and tell everyone I know about how great it is. If you have a pup/dog and want him to have a fun day, this is the place for you!

    My puppy died at this facility! Terrible and heart breaking…read more The second day my puppy was at this facility (Happy Dog Day Camp) on Tudor, she was brought to the local emergency vet dead. Equally appalling and unacceptable is that it took the owner approximately two days to get back to me in regards to what happened. It took 15 days to finally find out what happened to my dog and APD had to get involved. My 5 month old puppy was attacked by another dog, and according to the autopsy, died a traumatic death. There are no cameras at this facility that could have put an end to this tragedy. There are no words that can describe the pain my family and I have gone through. If you love your pets, do not board them here.

    I do not recommend Atlas Working K9's! She sent me 2 cease & desist letters & lied about a…read moresettlement when it came to this review. Yelp has now placed a consumer alert on Atlas Working K9 for misusing the legal system. I have video, screenshots, audio recording, & multiple witnesses to validate my review. She also keeps flagging my pictures in hopes to remove my review. Then you have her ex fiancé Mike Milsap & business partners Courtney Odem's husband (who lives in Texas) commenting on here to give her a higher star rating. She also reviewed herself for a higher star rating which was removed. Annabelle is a huge bully & has threatened me 4 times now, made false statements about me, highly unprofessional, & in my opinion not a good dog trainer or person. First, She told me my dog could not be a service dog because of his high drive when she hadn't even worked with him yet. After I already paid $2,875 for board & train! His main goal was to be a service dog not a pet since I don't have a lifestyle that supports a pet dog. Second, I only went to her because it looked like online she did positive reinforcement & she was recommended by the breeder. However, she put a prong collar on my 3 month puppy when I said I wasn't comfortable using a prong since he was so young. A prong collar isn't used in positive reinforcement & shouldn't be used on a puppy under 6 months. She does put prong collars on every dog she works with from what I've seen. I did see an improvement in my puppy with this other trainer after she quit working for Annabelle & no longer had to follow Annabelle's methods. The biggest improvement started when we stopped using the prong collar. Third, no refunds offered at the time she told me my puppy had potential genetic hip dysplasia. She told me if I returned him to the breeder she would just use what was left of my training to train a different dog, not issue a refund. Forth, highly unprofessional & threatened legal action against me 3 times in an attempt to scare me into removing my honest reviews. First threat came when she posted a cryptic post that talked about "stop blaming the dog & the breeder for being at fault & the reason for rehoming a dog". It seemed it was aimed towards me & my dog so I commented & she claimed it wasn't about him (but she had him in her possession at the time of the post). Then she threatened me in private message saying I'd hear from her attorney if I talked bad about her. Second threat was when she SENT ME A CEASE & DESIST LETTER THE DAY SHE POSTED SHE NOW OWNED MY PUPPY & RENAMED HIM! Then in a second social media post over exaggerated everything I said about the puppy as the reasons why I sold him back to the breeder to discredit me & my experience with him!!! Third threat was a 2nd cease & desist letter threatening criminal charges due to my reviews & said I could no longer talk or post about my former puppy Zenyokai (now Apollo)! Not only that but threatening criminal charges against reviews is a very unethical scare tactic to silence me & get me to remove my honest reviews! As well as now owning my puppy & renaming him which seems to be out of spite! Update: She now posted on Facebook & on this review response claiming Zenyokai (apollo) was malnutritioned. (He was not) Then after creating her response on google & slanderous Facebook post, in one of her 20 harassing text messages to me she said I was a great dog mom & cared deeply for zenyokai now apollo. She's using zenyokai (apollo) as a pawn to bash me & the trainer who formerly worked for her. Unfortunately she has google & Yelp flag all my screenshots of proof. So no I do not recommend Atlas Working K9!

We even booked their stay with her several weeks in advance to ensure they had a spot with her. Our pups will be staying with her for 2 whole weeks and she is one of on a very small list of people whom we trust to properly care for our pups in the same way we do. We know they'll get all the love and care they need so we don't have to worry while we're away. We have been working with Annabelle for 2 years now and will continue to do so. Her valuable knowledge and experience create an opportunity for each and every dog to succeed that comes her way. We value her opinion and highly recommend her. We look forward to enrolling in her new play based program in the near future!
