I made this appointment online 2 weeks out, it was the first available appointment. I received a confirmation email and we arrived on time. When we arrived, I was informed that Aspens appointment was canceled because stylist was in quarantine. I was told that they tried to call me but they didn't have a number. The associate told me she would have to reschedule for another day. I was very upset and the next associate who came out didn't make it better. She was verbally aggressive and defensive. I asked why I never received a cancellation email the way I received a confirmation email. Another associate, Jamie, came out and her tone was much calmer. She deep dived and saw there were 2 accounts for me, one which had no contact info. Jamie said they would work Aspen in and that she would take care of her. I left Aspen and received a text a few hours later that she was ready. I seriously love her new cut. She looks like a totally different puppy. Jamie saved the day and saved me as a customer. I will absolutely go back for more grooming and pet needs.

Then I arrived today 10 minutes early for my appointment and met Dee. The first thing out of her mouth wasn't a pleasant greeting it was you are early. Now I see the problem after my two verbal Interactions with her today about my dog Oreo. Why would someone want to be a dog groomer that doesn't appear to even like dogs. She never spoke to my dog. Acted like she was put out that we were even there. I asked her to call a certain number when she was finished. She didn't. She called the wrong number. So when I didn't hear from her. I called at the 3 hour mark. She starts the conversation with well your appointment was at 945. What does that have to do with is my dog ready? Don't send your dogs here if Dee is the groomer. No manager in site either. I just hope she wasn't ugly to my dog for the 3 hours he was there.

Due to health issues I asked my son to pick him up and they were charging us $195 after adding on over $100 in extras that were not requested. What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned. I won't be bringing any of my dogs back.

I went to the store this morning and was very unsatisfied .I was asked did I need help from a young…read morelady and I replied yes .I told her I wanted 50 gold fish my usual order.She gave me one bag instead of two like I normally get .I told her it didn't look like 50 fish .Could she just put them in two bags .Well here comes a man who said his name was James and told me to take what I had they where not going to put them in two bags .He talked to me so bad the young lady didn't even know to say .He told me I could just get out the store I asked for corporate number.He looked on a piece of paper and said it's not up here I guess that means that they don't want you to have it .And told me to get out the store again .Well you have no worries I will never shop there again .He was very mean and rude !

The bathrooms also were not very clean and smelled like ammonia. I wasn't a fan of that. This is not my favorite location and I probably won't go back here unless it was a dire need.
