It takes a little while to get into a "groove" with a new groomer- just like it does a new Vet or a new Doctor. You have to learn about each other & learn what works and what doesn't. So far I'm very satisfied with Groomer Has It & hope to use them as long as my babies need grooming. I need to add that I only tried this groomer after my regular groomer couldn't fit us into their schedule with the covid restrictions. So glad they couldn't!!

His luscious coat is completely gone, and he feels like a Brillo pad. It will take months or more to get back his coat, and winter is coming. And let's put aside the obvious misinterpretation for a second. I ask for his feet to be trimmed, and they were not done completely, there are spots that are short and long. And his nails weren't trimmed at all. Also, his bum was not trimmed evenly. If I wanted a bad trim job, I could of done that my self and saved $45. I feel like my dog looks older because of this haircut. Just a crappy job all around. I ask for a refund, and was not given one. The owner, Diana, said she would do better next time. Yeah I don't think so. The picture on the left is from Groomer Has It. The picture on the right is from Jazz em up two months earlier, you can see that the feet are groomed properly. Even my poor dog is not happy, and can tell a difference.

Bark Porch was the only groomer that was responsive to phone calls, was polite, and figured out a way to fit our pup in. The business is clean, efficient, and so kind. They were able to give our Ginger a great cut, and enjoyed her. As an Aussie, this takes a different kind of patience, and they promptly scheduled us for another appointment to keep her on schedule. For COVID-19, the business and staff where face masks, adheres to no contact (you take the collar and leash with you), and only allows one person in the store front at a time. The parking situation is difficult, so be prepared to navigate a tight parking spot. My favorite part is that they text you a picture of your pup when there are finished (see the photo)!! This is a top notch groomer that is personable and provides excellent service.

I was called out to go provide in disaster relief for Florida and was in a desperate need last Saturday. Sandy graciously accepted My Charlie at the eleventh hour. I was so sad to leave him but he was so happy to be there. He seemed to have remembered his visits from the past and was happy. Charlie Dog was well cared for on this vacation of his at Paws N Claws Bed and Biscuit. When I picked him up, he was his usual playful and happy self. I highly recommend Paws N Claws. I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.
