They were able to give our Ginger a great cut, and enjoyed her. As an Aussie, this takes a different kind of patience, and they promptly scheduled us for another appointment to keep her on schedule. For COVID-19, the business and staff where face masks, adheres to no contact (you take the collar and leash with you), and only allows one person in the store front at a time. The parking situation is difficult, so be prepared to navigate a tight parking spot. My favorite part is that they text you a picture of your pup when there are finished (see the photo)!! This is a top notch groomer that is personable and provides excellent service.

Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.

I am sitting there over an hour watching as people come and go. I finaly get up and ask when theres only one other person in waiting area whats up? They FORGOT to sign me in... Ok I keep my cool the man goes in the back to ask what to do. Im expecting to be put in front of all the other dogs I saw go by while waiting hearing they need baths and full body shaves...I had an appointment, its like a 2 to 3 minute thing....and they FORGOT to sign me in right? oh no. he comes back sorry we are fully booked and since we FORGOT to sign you in we took others ahead of you. You can leave her here and we will get to her before we close. No. Anyone who has a cat knows how stressful it is for them to be brought to the vet you want her to wait and suffer for hours over a 2 to 3 minute shave? The professional thing to do at that point would be to say im sorry we fucked up to make it right we will quickly see your cat shave her and you can pay and go; not sorry you and your cat will suffer for our mistake. Train your people, it is common sense in business to right your wrongs, which could have been easily fixed in this issue. Not sure how they are with regular vet visits but their people/business skills are horrid.

Everything seemed fine at the time. I took my dogs to them Saturday morning to drop them off, and there was a sign on the door saying they were short staffed and would be closed. I had not received a call or any kind of notification whatsoever and was supposed to be leaving town for our vacation. I understand that things happen but they have my name and number and knew that I had a boarding reservation and they should have called and let us know something was going on so we could make other arrangements. They left us in a huge bind and that is not good business. I will not be bringing my dogs back here!

We live in Odenville & take our babies to Pell City GROOMER HAS IT on Martin St. I've been taking my furry babies there since 2015, Dianne & Amanda have done my 4 Shih Tzu which weighed 5 to 17 lbs. before they passed away & for the last 4 years our 2 newest, a Shih Tzu & a terrier to be groomed plus also get baths, anal glands & toenails done for our Pit Bull mix, black lab mix every 4 weeks. They all enjoy going there to see Amanda, Dianne & rest of staff & play with all the other furry babies there. It's like Spa time & day camp for them. They always come home gorgeous & happy. They actually run to door to get in to see them for their Spa Day. They get plenty of love, hugs, kisses while there getting groomed. Prices are very reasonable also.
