Bark Porch was the only groomer that was responsive to phone calls, was polite, and figured out a way to fit our pup in. The business is clean, efficient, and so kind. They were able to give our Ginger a great cut, and enjoyed her. As an Aussie, this takes a different kind of patience, and they promptly scheduled us for another appointment to keep her on schedule. For COVID-19, the business and staff where face masks, adheres to no contact (you take the collar and leash with you), and only allows one person in the store front at a time. The parking situation is difficult, so be prepared to navigate a tight parking spot. My favorite part is that they text you a picture of your pup when there are finished (see the photo)!! This is a top notch groomer that is personable and provides excellent service.

I was called out to go provide in disaster relief for Florida and was in a desperate need last Saturday. Sandy graciously accepted My Charlie at the eleventh hour. I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.
