But there were multiple nicks/cuts i noticed later. Never complained.i figured probably due to the shave. When trying to give a 2nd chance and groom more often. Cant even get a return phone call to book an appt. Or anyone at any day or time to answer the phone. Horrible business practice. I will take both dogs and $ elsewhere.

She finally asked if we needed help and I was shocked at my realization she was an employee. The guy at the front was awesome, and sure kind. I really enjoyed his chat with me and he was very excited to help. They were not well stocked in fish and animals. This was more of a modern looking location inside. The bathrooms also were not very clean and smelled like ammonia. I wasn't a fan of that. This is not my favorite location and I probably won't go back here unless it was a dire need. I may try it one more time, but hard to say.

So they reset everything and told me to try the payment again. And I told them I had already been charged on my account, the amount had been taken off my Apple Pay. She then called Someone over to "fix" the problem. I don't know who the person is, but she was not friendly and maybe shouldn't be working in the front with customers. I was treated like I was being difficult because I didn't want to get charged twice. I ended up swiping again, because I'm not trying to steal anything, but then the transaction was showing up twice on my account. I was assured that it would fall off, any extra pending payments do.(Also, I heard them talking about how often they're having computer problems, so it's not a new issue.) And if it didn't, I just have to come in and they'll fix it. Great. Now I'm left with an errand and unfinished business. Big surprise, I just had to go in again today to get the refund since they indeed left the charge on t here. Except now I have to sit here watching my account to make sure it does show up. I'm guessing if it doesn't, I'll need to make a call. Oh, and the "fixer" was there again. About as helpful as she was the first time, didn't make eye contact with me and was non apologetic for the waste of my time. I'd advise people to buy from any other place, no point in going to brick and mortar stores if you're not getting good customer service anyways.

Then I arrived today 10 minutes early for my appointment and met Dee. The first thing out of her mouth wasn't a pleasant greeting it was you are early. Now I see the problem after my two verbal Interactions with her today about my dog Oreo. Why would someone want to be a dog groomer that doesn't appear to even like dogs. She never spoke to my dog. Acted like she was put out that we were even there. I asked her to call a certain number when she was finished. She didn't. She called the wrong number. So when I didn't hear from her. I called at the 3 hour mark. She starts the conversation with well your appointment was at 945. What does that have to do with is my dog ready? Don't send your dogs here if Dee is the groomer. No manager in site either. I just hope she wasn't ugly to my dog for the 3 hours he was there.

Started my baby at daycare and LOVE that I could see a picture of her or a short video on snap chat. I quickly became THAT pet mom with daycare screen shots on her phone she sent to friends. The drop off and pickup is very quick and easy. When I realized I would need to board her last minute, I called and they were very accommodating. My baby seems happy and tired when she leaves there. And all too eager, in my opinion, to jump out of the car when we arrive. The owner is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean indoor daycare or place to board their pup.

They reinvest regularly on the latest equipment and medicines. Their staff is exceptional practitioners and very friendly. I wouldn't ever consider taking my pets anywhere else even if I moved further away. I know my Yorkie is living longer because of Dr. Ted. I can't see little Rudy living longer without his intervention a couple of years ago. He is a top notch surgeon from a line of top notch veterinarian surgeons.
