I was taking Ryder to a groomer I found for about the first 6 months of our residency and every time I would drop him off, I just felt like something was missing. The warm fuzzy feeling just wasn't there and he was in and out so quickly (we're talking 45 mins) that I felt quality of care was definitely lacking. I got to talking with my sitter about needing a new groomer, which by the way shout out to LKN Dog Sitting in Sherrills Ford. Jessica and her family are AMAZING and so loving. I was given Michelle's info and had to try her immediately. Talk about exceeding expectation! From the first contact I was impressed. Michelle got back to me right away, answered any questions and was so sweet. When it came to bath day, Ryder went in and was showered with love and we got to meet everyone. Just seeing how he is loved on and spoiled with treats, warms my heart. He comes home so happy, smelling fabulous and rocks his darn cute scarfs! I definitely have to say that all groomers at Upscale Tails are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Ryder isn't a breed that needs a special cut but the girls take the time to clean up the hair around his paw pads so he's fresh to death! How awesome is that! I would hands down recommend Upscale Tails! I make the drive from Denver to Morrisville because they are literately the BEST! Nowhere to put anything, the last shelf unit broke little by little until now it's just one stupid shelf on the ground. Aprons torn to shreds & barely protect you from water, clasps don't work. Shampoo is always out, knobs broken, water too hot & no individual control. They don't care if pets are unleashed. At the new place you can take everything on the list & say the exact opposite. They clean the tubs after every wash. You pick your shampoo. Stacks of clean towels. Nice hose & faucet in good repair & water temp individually controllable. The whole experience was different. Night & day. PSP is like trying to get clean at a hoarder's house. The other one was like a spa.

They received their vaccines, heartworm treatment, flea treatment, and had an overall wellness check. Best of all, it was much cheaper than the vet! The vet techs and vet were very knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions. I'd recommend the Vetco clinic to anyone who hates waiting around in the vet's office all afternoon.

I had to go out and purchase bandage tape to protect for healing. The third time, one dog had razor burn near her privates and the other came out with a bloody paw. This groomer is only interested in volume of pets. My husband was shaken every time he dropped the girls off saying it was absolute chaos and was filthy. We thought it may get better based on the owner texting and stating that this was not normal but sadly it was.
