First grooming experience…read more Never had a problem in the store; However, the grooming salon was a different experience. First, let me say, I have an 11 month old lab puppy--He is hyper and can be hard to deal with because he is always happy, playful but very strong. I chose a male groomer for this purpose and made PetSmart aware when making the appointment that he can be hard to control. Since I have bathed him at Pet Market, I know these people have restraints for strong dogs. While the groomer was okay when I talked with him at drop off, I did not have a good feeling when I left. The entire vibe was off in the room with everyone and I already knew I would not be back when I signed the paperwork. I went up the road to Chick-fil-A and waited with the phone beside me. The manager called an hour later and said they couldn't do a service, which was a relief to pick him up. The manager explained he was too hyper but was nice about it. I was also told me when I got there, my dog had lunged at a couple of other dogs, which is uncharacteristic of him since he is a lover not a fighter. He is still a dog nonetheless and I was not there. They did offer another appointment time when it was calmer for him when I picked him up. I declined. Overall, I just didn't get the impression many of these groomers cared for animals. The vibe was off for a reason and that's enough for me.

I only live about 10 minutes away and didn't want my son (age 5) to know the bunny had died so I asked if they would wait until I got there and she said no. They were tired and wanted to go home. I had to find an individual on the internet that had some bunnies for sale that looked like the other one. I called the Pet store owner on Monday morning and explained I already purchased another rabbit and was afraid to take another one from her store incase it was ill and would make my other rabbits ill. She was very offended and RUDE RUDE RUDE. She hung the phone up on me. I called back 3 times trying to tell her that I will just take another bunny and keep it seperated. She hung up on me 3 times after accusing me of "killing the rabbit." I will never buy another thing from this pet shop. I warn anyone that potentially wants to purchase anything from here. My wife loaded up the two kids sick by the way drove the hr to the store only for the grumpy old miserable pos behind the counter to talk to her like a dog! Refuse to help her and tell her he won't call the person that sold her the fish because it's his day off but that she could come back at 1 when he would be there??? I thought he was off. Then proceeded to say he can't check the water while testing the water and confirming the water was good. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now the service has dropped dramatically.
