OK so 6 hours later when she wouldn't answer my call that I made a very reasonably 5 hours in I decided to go in to see if there was a problem. I was treated very rudely by another groomer before mine got back from her coffee break. Where she informs me (impatiently) they only take cash and that they have a sign but nobody seems to pay attention to it. So I go to a ATM and come back. Finally giving her the full amount. I won't be back.

For the past month I have reached out multiple times to get appointments for our dogs because their hair was getting unruly. We tried many home remedies including the ones they recommended for brushing but it was not enough and they did need professional grooming. I reached out for 4 weeks to try to get them an appointment with this business because I really do like the work they have previously done. After a month of trying to get appointments we finally did. Great no big deal at all I was very understanding. My husband brought them at 10 am and was told they didn't have an appointment however they did. The messaged me saying it would take till 5-6. No big deal was very kind about that was well. 7 pm rolls around they still need more time. Again didn't make a fuss about it. Finally at 7:30 they call and my husband leaves. He gets there and they claimed they needed enough half hour. Again no problem he goes gets gas comes back and waits. Then an hour comes by. So I call letting them know I find it unprofessional they way they treated us this past month. The manager got very angry and said "It's free for you. Just come get your dogs" and hung up. I thought that was rude but left it be. Here's where the problem started she yelled at my husband in his car and said come get your fucking dogs, called him a pansy, and claimed we abuse our dogs. Our dogs are so loved and anyone who knows us knows that. They are spoiled rotten. After this I'll attach below the horrible messages they sent me. To add my dogs came home and were shaking, starving, and dying for water. I'm saying all of this with true sadness as we ADORED this business and wanted to continue using themWe are huge animal lovers and have never neglected, hurt, or done anything to our dogs. They are our second children. We are truly hurt by the way they treated us today. I also want to add, Remi has chronic ear infections which has been expressed to them which is why we've made clear everytime her ears have to be plucked so that we can put her daily medicine in. Without them being plucked it is harder for the medicine to reach her ears. And out of their own mouth we were told that Remi has the hardest coat to deal with for poodles and it was obvious that she was brushed and taken care of but there is matting underneath we cannot see because how hard it is to get to it. So I'm confused about the switch on how we are abusive.

This is the first time I've hired a groomer (let alone mobile groomer). I am watching a lab for 2+…read moreweeks and he needed his nails trimmed. I didn't want to take him to a pet store on my own. The Cuddle Cutz price was extremely affordable, the same as a pet store, and Cuddle Cutz was coming to my home on my schedule! I have a long haired cat and added a sanitary trim and paw trim to the dog's nail trim. This was also very affordable. The Cuddle Cutz team arrived a few minutes early and the dog and cat immediately ran up to greet them. The team have a very calm presence. Cuddle Cutz did the grooming in my downstairs bathroom. Both animals were comfortable in this space. Cuddle Cutz brought a portable grooming table, vacuum, broom, dustpan, and of course the "tackle box" of grooming supplies. Also treats! They were extremely fast and only took around 15 minutes for both animals. It was a very easy transaction and I will call them for any future grooming needs.

But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.

RUN!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!!! This place should…read moreshut down! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! Rude staff, tries to extort money for the time they spend CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKES! Threatened to withhold records due to "the time they spent" (that we should pay for, to the point I was at my attorneys office when the records were finally handed over to my husband) The time they spent was due to Bonnie's (and 4 other ladies trying) lack of computer/program knowledge! Things my usual Vet offers as a normal rabies certificate, it's a joke with these people! Tim Steinman stated he would charge $1200 for each health certificate, (4 dogs total) by the end of the visit, when it was OBVIOUS he had NO clue about the process, I even took a detailed email on the exact process with me from our Vet in the country we're moving to, he actually acted offended with me even showing it to him!!!! (he then stated he would charge $2000 for the 4 dogs total) during the 4 HOUR appointment JUST for their yearly vaccines including rabies, it took nearly a month just to get him to sign our dogs rabies certificates, with his license # added, microchip # and to correct vaccination records!!! They had to correct these documents for the 4 dogs NUMEROUS times because they either listed the wrong microchip number, had my dog listed as a female on his vaccination certificate, he is a male! They had the incorrect expiration dates listed on the same form! Showing the vaccinations expired the same day they were given!!! The microchip number for the chip THEY administered to my dog, was added incorrectly on his final document (after the correction of 2 other dogs) This is insane considering the documents were only the beginning process of getting an INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE!!!! They could not even give me the rabies certificates the day they were given because they couldn't figure out how to add the information needed for their health certificates to the certificate!! I returned 3 days later to get them, Tim Steinman stated they would be ready the day before we went in person to get them... They Weren't!!!! Then, his staff members get attitudes-because I am upset at this ridiculously unprofessional transaction, and the clerk who's whining she had just returned from vacation, so she didn't appreciate me getting mad with her. Their only answer was "he's not here to sign them" after raising my voice and stating I had spent THOUSANDS there (4 ears crops the previous month) $1000 each, $80+ for a microchip, $400+ in vaccinations, over $400 in dew claw removals, the least they could do was to have the documents signed in the timeframe stated! So, then Charles Steinman comes out and told his staff to put us in a room, then came in 10 minutes later to inform us "TIM SHOULDN'T-HAVE TOLD ANYONE HE WOULD DO THE HEALTH CERTIFICATES BECAUSE THEY'RE A PAIN IN THE *** AND INVOLVES TOO MUCH PAPERWORK" Charles then proceeded to call TIMOTHY STEINMAN (his SON) on his cell to come in to the office to sign the documents and to do what he had promised! 15 minutes later Tim shows up with every excuse in the book as to why they weren't signed, and how his dad needed a day off so he wasn't working his normal day BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Seriously?!? Charles Steinman is RUDE! Telling Tim during their phone conversation that he "didn't want THESE PEOPLE giving him a hard time" WHAT THE HECK!!!?????? "These people" can't even figure out how to add a freaking MICROCHIP NUMBER ON A RABIES CERTIFICATE!!!!
