    Decent pet store but the smell is horrible . Owner says every pet store has a smell but this one hits you hard.

    The place was nice and so were the employees. The front desk lady seemed a little unorganized and…read moreharder to understand. She was rough with my oldest dog that is a dachshund. When we picked the dogs up they looked and smelled great! They were super thirsty and panting. I heard them yell at other dogs in the back room where you couldn't see. The front desk lady went to go get my dogs and brought out the wrong one and said she was just taking it for a walk around the lobby and said that dog was just "hipe". Overall it was an okay experience i just don't think I'd want to bring my dogs back.

I texted at 2.5 hours to inquire about how long it would be and received the message that they were running behind. At 4.5 hours I went to the shop. Two employees were at the desk and I ask the employees that if they are running behind that they text me and let me know. The employees stated they had a dog that tried to bite them. I said I understand but I just ask for the courtesy of being contacted if they are late. She said they normally ask for four hours to groom the pets. I told her he is never there for four hours, he is usually ready in 2 hours. She then told me she was going to get the owner. I told the owner, Tina Shuping, that I simply asked for the same courtesy that she requested if I'm running late or cancelling an appointment that she wants to be contacted. She charges a fee if the customer is late ( which I think is reasonable as people's time is valuable). I only request the same..: to be notified if they are behind. I understand about running behind every customer is not the same. She responded that it seemed like I "didn't care about them...pardon her if she took time to shit and piss"( her words not mine). I told her I understood but again I simply ask for the same courtesy to be notified instead of just waiting around for them to call me. She then stated if you can find someone that grooms your dog as good as I do, then use them. She then put her hands in my face and told me to leave her shop. I told her she better get her hands out of my face. She told me she was calling the police. I told her to call them. I would simply have them to pull her camera footage of how outrageous her behavior was. She asked me to leave so I did. Everyone has bad days but never on my worse day at work would I treat a customer like this. Any recommendations on groomers?

    I take all my babies (2 large dogs and 5 cats) here. They're a very busy location and don't take…read moreappointment, instead its first come first serve basis. Which, honestly either one has their pros and cons, so I'm fine with it. They have about a dozen vets on staff and I've met with a few over the years. Never had a poor experience. Once you get back to a room, they work as efficiently as possible to get you and your babies on your way. The staff has always been kind to us and my babies. If you're in the area, I'd recommend them!

    RUN!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!!! This place should…read moreshut down! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! Rude staff, tries to extort money for the time they spend CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKES! Threatened to withhold records due to "the time they spent" (that we should pay for, to the point I was at my attorneys office when the records were finally handed over to my husband) The time they spent was due to Bonnie's (and 4 other ladies trying) lack of computer/program knowledge! Things my usual Vet offers as a normal rabies certificate, it's a joke with these people! Tim Steinman stated he would charge $1200 for each health certificate, (4 dogs total) by the end of the visit, when it was OBVIOUS he had NO clue about the process, I even took a detailed email on the exact process with me from our Vet in the country we're moving to, he actually acted offended with me even showing it to him!!!! (he then stated he would charge $2000 for the 4 dogs total) during the 4 HOUR appointment JUST for their yearly vaccines including rabies, it took nearly a month just to get him to sign our dogs rabies certificates, with his license # added, microchip # and to correct vaccination records!!! They had to correct these documents for the 4 dogs NUMEROUS times because they either listed the wrong microchip number, had my dog listed as a female on his vaccination certificate, he is a male! They had the incorrect expiration dates listed on the same form! Showing the vaccinations expired the same day they were given!!! The microchip number for the chip THEY administered to my dog, was added incorrectly on his final document (after the correction of 2 other dogs) This is insane considering the documents were only the beginning process of getting an INTERNATIONAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE!!!! They could not even give me the rabies certificates the day they were given because they couldn't figure out how to add the information needed for their health certificates to the certificate!! I returned 3 days later to get them, Tim Steinman stated they would be ready the day before we went in person to get them... They Weren't!!!! Then, his staff members get attitudes-because I am upset at this ridiculously unprofessional transaction, and the clerk who's whining she had just returned from vacation, so she didn't appreciate me getting mad with her. Their only answer was "he's not here to sign them" after raising my voice and stating I had spent THOUSANDS there (4 ears crops the previous month) $1000 each, $80+ for a microchip, $400+ in vaccinations, over $400 in dew claw removals, the least they could do was to have the documents signed in the timeframe stated! So, then Charles Steinman comes out and told his staff to put us in a room, then came in 10 minutes later to inform us "TIM SHOULDN'T-HAVE TOLD ANYONE HE WOULD DO THE HEALTH CERTIFICATES BECAUSE THEY'RE A PAIN IN THE *** AND INVOLVES TOO MUCH PAPERWORK" Charles then proceeded to call TIMOTHY STEINMAN (his SON) on his cell to come in to the office to sign the documents and to do what he had promised! 15 minutes later Tim shows up with every excuse in the book as to why they weren't signed, and how his dad needed a day off so he wasn't working his normal day BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Seriously?!? Charles Steinman is RUDE! Telling Tim during their phone conversation that he "didn't want THESE PEOPLE giving him a hard time" WHAT THE HECK!!!?????? "These people" can't even figure out how to add a freaking MICROCHIP NUMBER ON A RABIES CERTIFICATE!!!! Yet, has the audacity to get attitudes when they're called out on their complete incompetence!!! Run!! Seriously! Do NOT give these people your money!
