I've called twice to ask a few simple questions (i.e. if they had any appointments available that week; if I needed to bring my dogs rabies proof in or if they called the vet to verify themselves) and she was absolutely one of the most rude people I've ever talked to. Every word out of her mouth sounded like she was annoyed I was wasting her time. I was looking for a new groomer as our old one moved away in April, but why on earth would I give my business OR take my baby somewhere where they think it's okay to talk to customers that way?! If that was an employee, (same woman answered both times) then she should be fired. If it was the owner, I have NO idea how in the world you have any clientele.

When we picked the dogs up they looked and smelled great! They were super thirsty and panting. I heard them yell at other dogs in the back room where you couldn't see. The front desk lady went to go get my dogs and brought out the wrong one and said she was just taking it for a walk around the lobby and said that dog was just "hipe". Overall it was an okay experience i just don't think I'd want to bring my dogs back.

I texted at 2.5 hours to inquire about how long it would be and received the message that they were running behind. At 4.5 hours I went to the shop. Two employees were at the desk and I ask the employees that if they are running behind that they text me and let me know. The employees stated they had a dog that tried to bite them. I said I understand but I just ask for the courtesy of being contacted if they are late. She said they normally ask for four hours to groom the pets. I told her he is never there for four hours, he is usually ready in 2 hours. She then told me she was going to get the owner. I told the owner, Tina Shuping, that I simply asked for the same courtesy that she requested if I'm running late or cancelling an appointment that she wants to be contacted. She charges a fee if the customer is late ( which I think is reasonable as people's time is valuable). I only request the same..: to be notified if they are behind. I understand about running behind every customer is not the same. She responded that it seemed like I "didn't care about them...pardon her if she took time to shit and piss"( her words not mine). I told her I understood but again I simply ask for the same courtesy to be notified instead of just waiting around for them to call me. She then stated if you can find someone that grooms your dog as good as I do, then use them. She then put her hands in my face and told me to leave her shop. I told her she better get her hands out of my face. She told me she was calling the police. I told her to call them. I would simply have them to pull her camera footage of how outrageous her behavior was. She asked me to leave so I did. Everyone has bad days but never on my worse day at work would I treat a customer like this. Any recommendations on groomers?

This is the first time I've hired a groomer (let alone mobile groomer). I am watching a lab for 2+…read moreweeks and he needed his nails trimmed. I didn't want to take him to a pet store on my own. The Cuddle Cutz price was extremely affordable, the same as a pet store, and Cuddle Cutz was coming to my home on my schedule! I have a long haired cat and added a sanitary trim and paw trim to the dog's nail trim. This was also very affordable. The Cuddle Cutz team arrived a few minutes early and the dog and cat immediately ran up to greet them. The team have a very calm presence. Cuddle Cutz did the grooming in my downstairs bathroom. Both animals were comfortable in this space. Cuddle Cutz brought a portable grooming table, vacuum, broom, dustpan, and of course the "tackle box" of grooming supplies. Also treats! They were extremely fast and only took around 15 minutes for both animals. It was a very easy transaction and I will call them for any future grooming needs.

Even though he literally shits on her when she picks him up to take him into her mobile unit she still loves on him and by the time he is brought back into our house, 45 minutes later, he is SO happy, playing and just looking fresh, clean and groomed handsomely. Highly recommend. She is a gem who takes her time, cares for her clients and makes even the most skittish pup look like a million bucks.

Lori did an unsatisfactory job in shampooing and cutting my Maltese. She also cut the mole on my…read moredog's foot after being warned about it. Overall, it was a very poor grooming job. But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.

He seems to always enjoy going there . I've heard that it's pricey, but I did compare with other groomers and it's about the same rate. He is rather high maintenance or I should say his breed is so that's to be anticipated. . I read the other complaints regarding customer service. I personally have received good customer service here, but I also try not to go during peak hours or just before closing. I've also taken him to obedience training here. Mary & Ashley were great.
