I love bringing my 2 pugs here. They always are attentive and calming for my pups. They smell good and their nails look great.

Nonetheless, the injuries appear to be cuts/scrapes, not pressure wounds. Again, a competent staff would have noticed a problem and taken corrective action. If there is something in the kennel causing injuries, why has it not been addressed? We received NO COMMUNICATION regarding injuries, not even when picking up our dogs.
