We had another satisfying experience with Happy Tails! We called Saturday morning and staff said…read morethey could see Sophie! We took her out right away and requested a closer trim. At pickup, couldn't ask for more! We are in love with the service at Happy Tails! Sophie looked amazing and we will definitely continue to get service here. We called and left a message requesting an appointment. We received return call the next day and appointment was made for following day. We were given a drop off time block and an estimated time for call to let us know pet was ready for pickup. I requested wash, cut, nails clipped and teeth brushing. All were met as agreed. My miniature long hair dachshund was clean and groomed as promised. She is a nervous pup with strangers and new places. My baby seemed fine at pick up. I feel service is fairly priced and times offered were convenient. I have no complaints and feel confident recommending this groomer. If you need a groomer give them a call! It is a little bit of a drive for me but I will likely use this service in the future.
