I didn't want to make a review but as you can see I got ignored without anything being justly rectified. I asked a few other people about this grooming job who are groomers and they all agreed that this wasn't okay. And said the same thing I said if they weren't sure they should've called me. When I dropped off cuddles the lady asked me "same as last time" I said absolutely" I was surprised they remembered. Well upon my return I noticed they just cut all her hair off around her face (you can see the first photo is what they gave me last time, in the other photographs that was from Sunday) the lady who gave her back to me said well I just went off the card and it said round face I didn't groom her the first time ... even if you look at the second photo she didn't give her round face. When brought to this businesses attention you can read the correspondence which is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. The dog wasn't groomed right, she wasn't bathed and my husband pointed out they didn't even cut her nails. Now before anyone can say matter hair or hair loss cuddles is a Pomeranian mix and her fur is exactly that of that breed, full and fluffy. She has not suffered from any type of hair loss to warrant this type of grooming. They are refusing a refund but want me to bring her back again for free. Which to me is a horrible business practice. Messing up on a service but not even partially refunding me but want me to bring my dog back for a free session doesn't even make any sense. I am not happy and I am disputing the charge because it was a horrible job and horrible customer service after the fact! read more

So happy we finally found a good grooming spot with kind people! They make it so easy and efficient and safe for our dogs to visit here. We had the hardest time finding a place for the past few years since our dog is anxious and our other family members dog is over 100 lbs. Both dogs hate getting their nails trimmed but Petsburgh does the job every time no complaints. Our dogs come out happy and not scared either like they were at other grooming salons. The prices are amazing as well I highly recommend taking your pets here! Making appointments are so easy too! read more

We have been bringing our dog here for her entire life and she gets the best service!!!! They pay such great attention to detail and you can tell that they all really love animals. The owner is very personable and attentive to all needs. The prices are more than fair and they are always consistent with staying within the time frame quoted as well, usually done before. Sunny always get so many compliments on her hair. This past time we took her to the dog park after and she was the most popular girl there! They even go the extra mile and spray them with seasonal perfume. I would recommend them to anyone and have seen dogs of all breeds and sizes there. I recently found out that they also trim cats nails so my 2 cats will be getting manicures soon! read more

We had been a regular customer prior to their brief closure in April 2016. We were always satisfied and enjoyed our experience with them. Everyone was always so friendly, reasonably priced, close to home and it was easy to get an appointment. We had heard they reopened and decided to go back. We were disappointed that the groomer we previously saw was no longer with them, so we started seeing their most experienced groomer on staff. Most recently, that groomer called off, so we were rescheduled to a different day and unknowingly to us, a different groomer. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience during our last appointment and will not be returning. My dog required emergency medical attention after her grooming appointment. She needed treatment for a laceration that resembled a wound commonly caused by clippers. The business owner has denied responsibility. I am extremely disappointed in how they have chosen to handle the situation. I feel that their response has been inappropriate, unprofessional and insensitive. read more

We are so very grateful for this place! I rescued a Saint Bernard who was covered in mats and was filthy. They were able to get us in the day off and they did an AMAZING JOB. They were so thoughtful and considerate when it came to her specific needs. We will definitely be coming back for any grooming needs! This is the best groomer we have ever been to. We take our two dogs and cat here and will not be going anywhere else again. Our cat can have a bit of an attitude but is never scared or tense when she comes/ goes here, so I am certain that she is treated well by the staff. Our dogs are doodles and we have their feet shaved into poodle feet to cut down on mess in the house. The younger one doesn't love having her feet shaved and other groomers have not been able to shave them because she was difficult, Petsburgh was able to shave her feet with no issues. Overall my dogs always look great, better than anywhere else they have gone - and it has been more reasonably cost than anywhere I've been. They are accommodating with my schedule and even send me text updates. I definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

I had used the same groomer for my little girl, Lacie Lynn, since she was 6 months old. Being a lasa apso mix she has a lot of hair and she is not happy to be brushed by anyone but her previous goomer who we loved. She moved to another place further away and we were heartbroken. Then my neighbor suggested Petsburgh. His 2 adorable yorkie boys always look great so I called. This will be her third groom and we love our new groomer! I have a 65lb rambunctious lab/border collie mix and we LOVE Petsburgh. I tried taking him to the chain groomers and they'd only trim nails on one or two paws before giving up and they'd still charge the whole price. Petsburgh knows how to properly handle the animals and has no trouble grooming my dog. His fur is always beautifully cut, nails nicely trimmed and he comes home looking and smelling clean and fresh. I've been taking my dog to Petsburgh for about 3 years now and I can say they are great. My dog gets nervous and they know how to handle her and make her feel comfortable. When we pick her up she looks great and smells great! She's also happy when she leaves, which when we took her to other groomers she wasn't. So that makes me believe Petsburgh treats her good while she is there. They also put a cute bandana on her every time she goes which always seem to match the season or holiday. I LOVE this place. The owner is awesome, knows me and my dogs. He's been so helpful every time I had a special request or just needed a quick nail trim. I trust my animals 100% here. I have never once had a bad experience. When I mentioned that I thought my husky was screaming while getting her nails trimmed was because she had arthritis in her hips, they took very good care to be gentle with picking up her back legs and, lo and behold, no more screaming! When my cat, who had major thyroid issues and is super skinny and gets very matted because of this condition, was in to be shaved to get off the mats, they had no judgement over his thinness unlike some vet clinics who accused me of starving my cat. (My regular vet diagnosed the condition almost instantaneously and agreed it was the thyroid issue and not lack of feeding and care causing his thinness and fur matting). I really appreciate that. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else for nail clippings and grooming. 100% recommend read more
