There's so much food to choose from, and so so so many snacks and souvenirs. There's something for everyone. The place is huuuuge and there are a ton of gas pumps. Everything was affordable and the bathrooms were very clean. I appreciated that there were red and green lights showing which stalls were open and which were occupied. The workers were very efficient in their tasks, be it cutting fresh brisket, replenishing food items, or cleaning the store. My husband grabbed a brisket sandwich and a key lime pie pudding cup, both of which he said were delicious and again worth the hype. I didn't get anything as I had leftovers from the previous day, but I would have probably grabbed their famous pulled-pork sandwich if I didn't. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the Denver area!

She threw the papers back at the newsgirl, so the girl replaced the papers on the rack. Clarion then threatened to "kick the **** out of," the young girl in the parking lot, and continued to say she would call the cops on her for trespassing? To my surprise and disgust Clarions coworker joined in instead of putting a stop the ordeal. The girl came back in and it sounded like she tried to apologize but the Schrader employee decided to insult her weight and her clothing. Overall it was a thoroughly unsettling experience, and I would watch out for Clarion- loose cannon & a lawsuit waiting to happen for Schrader's if they allow employees to threaten violence on company time.

This is MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE - I had been a loyal customer to this small business gas station/car wash for going on 8 years. And when I say loyal, I mean my family has been daily customers for 8 years spending average $30 a day in the gas station on top of filling up our two diesel trucks. Unfortunately, I used the car wash. The initial wash ($13 Ultimate package) didn't actually clean my truck - it left lines and mud all over it. The gal looked at the truck and how it washed and was awesome. She just gave me a new code. I went into the wash with the redo code and it DESTROYED the sides of my 60k truck. The paint (along the sides of the truck) is absolutely wrecked and from what I can tell it's from rocks getting into the side washing brushes. I understand shit happens and honestly it's a truck. Let me be clear I had ZERO expectations for compensation - even though it is 100% warranted with the extent of the damage. I just wanted to ensure that this didn't happen to anyone else's vehicle. Now here is where I get upset. The owner Carol off the bat is aggressive and defensive. Literally the second words out of her mouth when she called were "it's styrofoam. It's not my fault". Versus taking a moment to listen to what I was trying to say - she interrupted every time I tried to speak. She refused to even have a conversation. I'm not sure if her default volume when speaking is yelling, but she persisted to yell at me in the parking lot. Again, I wanted NO compensation for the damage HER machine created to my truck. I just didn't want the damage to continue. I recognize that as a business owner, you do need to be cautious on handling your customers. I truly believe this woman has no business interacting with anyone in a service related capacity. Her inability to listen and communicate in a professional manner has cost her my family's business. If you value you vehicles paint DO NOT USE the Far Better Convenience Car wash.

The transaction is showing that I paid inside of the store which is not true but why would I have to wait 10 days without making a purchase for my money to be returned to me. I will never go to this gas station again for gas.
