The staff, while trying to be friendly, would not stop bugging me as I read the menu. At first it seemed friendly, but then it just felt patronizing. I simply do not go to Starbucks often, there is a big menu, and I did not know what to get. Again, I was the only person in line. There was no reason to keep rushing me. Eventually, I ended up ordering a normal coffee, which was awful. I was at an event at a nearby hotel and ended up throwing away the Starbucks coffee and getting a cup of the free stuff they were giving away at the event and was much happier with it. The sandwich was awful. It tasted like microwaved bread. It was chewy, and mostly flavorless. One more thing, a point of irony, I won a Starbucks gift card at the event I was at. I will probably just regift it. This place is not good. Other than the PSL in fall time, I don't get it.
