I have cuts all over my arms. She hooked him up, spoke to him softly with kisses as he was being cut. I couldn't believe my eyes. He didn't bark once and after one or two corrections he obeyed her. The cut is beautiful. This is the first time going to a groomer in many years that I didn't have to correct some of the cutting when I got home. What a wonderful person to deal with. Her knowledge is incredible. Now that we are home he's acting better and hasn't barked once. If I knew she could help I would have gone earlier. She's a female dog whisperer. It's worth the trip.

My dog is always super anxious around strangers when I walked in to drop him off to have him groomed, my dog didn't want to go with the lady that groomed him it was my first time seeing her the lady at the front told the groomer to just drag my dog inside FIRST RED FLAG ! As I mentioned we've been here before and they've never had to that ! They usually only take two hours to groom him that day they took 3 hours to call me to pick him up red flag number TWO! So when I picked him up he was completely shaved down except his head a week later I notice he has a huge scab on his head from a cut which looks like they cut him with the shaver or burned him with the blower and never said anything to me ! Which is very unprofessional because I know my dog moves a lot so the least they could've done was call me! I took my dog to the vet two weeks later because the scab got worse and started to smell. When I took him to the vet the vet tells me he has a hot spot and it was infected!!! The groomers hurt my dog and stayed quiet 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND these people with your dog!!!!

Saturday my cat was dying, and they did everything that they could to save him but his body was to weak and he died. Let me tell you the heartbreak at that moment I felt they felt it too. They loved my cat even though they barely knew him, they cried with me and did not rush me out and let me take as long as I wanted to say goodbye to him. They have paw prints mold they made us with some of his hair and whiskers so we can always have a piece of him with us. I know they were cared for as well as I do or better. The fully fenced backyard is a nice alternate play area. Photos have come to me daily as requested. Nedgy maintains very good communication throughout the entire booking process. She makes sure to confirm all details before visits start. Pictures and details of each drop-in helped ease my anxiety about leaving Diamond. The extra steps of wiping her down after walks if needed, providing a poncho during the rain, and washing the wet food storage containers shows how much pride and care TLP takes in their services for clients. It's clear they go the extra mile because they care. Diamond was obviously very comfortable with Keith and Nedgy. We enjoyed my brothers wedding with peace of mind that she was in great hands.
