We sent our…read more9-month-old rescue puppy, Nora, for their three-week board-and-train program after she quickly took charge of our household and needed help with socialization and basic obedience. Since we've trusted K9 Nanni for daycare with our older dog for years, it was an easy decision to turn to them for training. Ashley, their head trainer, was incredible--she kept us informed with daily updates, photos, and videos, and met with us weekly to review Nora's progress and teach us how to continue her training at home. Nora came back still the sweet, loving puppy we adore, but now she's confident, calm, well-socialized, and an amazing listener. The entire team genuinely cares about the dogs, and it shows. We highly recommend K9 Nanni for both training and daycare--our dogs get excited the moment they realize they're going!

During a 12 day trip, we received pictures and updates from each visit (2x/day). Our anxious boy came out (picture proof!!) by the third visit, and was eating at each visit, which we consider a miracle. When we came home, we noticed he didn't have ANY nervous scratching. Another miracle :) We will be using them for all of our cat sitting needs moving forward - we're so glad we found them. They made sure all 4 of our cats continued to have a calm, clean, and safe environment while we were gone. We felt so at ease by getting all of those pictures and written updates - we know our cats were taken care of and happy!

I brought my 2-month-old kitten to Darlington Cats and Dog Hospital for two separate wellness exams…read moreand vaccinations. Each visit came with a $90-$100 examination fee. Both times, different veterinarians conducted the exam and neither detected an umbilical hernia -- a condition that is visible to the naked eye and considered a standard finding in any basic physical examination of a kitten. The hernia was only discovered later at Vetco. When I contacted Darlington to discuss a refund for examinations that clearly failed to meet basic standards of care, I was met with two lengthy phone calls and a flat refusal from the business manager with no substantive explanation. Paying nearly $200 in exam fees across two visits for examinations that missed an obvious, visible condition is unacceptable. I would not trust this practice with your pet's health.
