We found Jennifer prior to our move to New Jersey. Our 2 year old energetic, mini dachshund, Ripley, lived a quiet life in a suburb of Phoenix and was reactive to everything. The car, other dogs, a bush, a garbage can, you name it. We tried classes in Phoenix, but she was easily distracted by dogs, other people and just couldn't stop reacting, so we just continued at home. We were moving to a busy place with more people and dogs , we need we needed help. When we reached out to Jennifer she didn't make us feel ashamed. you voild tell she adores animals. We feel very lucky that Jennifer is close by in the neighborhood. We have a new pup who we adopted around 6 months and was not properly socialized with people so she is a bit fearful. If you're in need of a trustworthy and caring person to stay with your pets while away, look no further than Jennifer. Jen stayed in our home while we were out of state for a few days, and she took great care of our cat and two dogs. She took all the necessary COVID safety precautions before our trip - providing us with a negative test, as well as ensuring we did the same - and we felt comfortable having her sleep and stay in our home. I get a lot of anxiety leaving our pets alone, and receiving the detailed and frequent updates (with cute pictures!) throughout the day enabled us to enjoy our time away without worrying. Knowing that the pets were able to stay at home and wake up to her being there was a better option for us than boarding them, as we figured it would be less unsettling for them. Jen was also very flexible with customizing the services to adapt to our dogs's needs, and incorporated some training sessions during our time away. Our two dogs have very different personalities and needs while being walked - one of them has leash reactivity and anxiety, the other one is extremely chill - and knowing we could trust her with them was very reassuring. Judging by the video updates we got, they were having the best time and actually didn't seem to miss us at all! We came home to a clean home and happy pets. Jennifer pet sat for my dog in my apartment for 4 days while I was away. I was very nervous because I have never left my dog with someone who wasn't a friend or family member.
