Janine does a great job managing the whole operation, while Allie does an awesome job taking care of our French Bulldog Jack every week. He actually shakes with excitement every time she comes to take him on his afternoon walk. They are always thoughtful and excellent communicators. Service is consistently excellent and as affordable as any other walking service I've come across. We especially love getting personal photos sent to us during or after his walk (Allie could seriously be a professional dog photographer). Janine and her staff are super responsive and great dog walkers. Sheri walks my german shepherd Osa 3 times a week and so far we've been thrilled. She ALWAYS sends me updates after the walk (perfect for an anxious pet parent like me), gives Osa lots of treats and cuddles post walk, is timely, cleans muddy paws to keep my house clean, and always responds to calls and messages. The last point is very important to me since my schedule can be crazy and I oftentimes need to add/remove walks at the last minute. Sheri is so wonderful and even brings my packages in.
