During a 12 day trip, we received pictures and updates from each visit (2x/day). Our anxious boy came out (picture proof!!) by the third visit, and was eating at each visit, which we consider a miracle. When we came home, we noticed he didn't have ANY nervous scratching. Another miracle :) We will be using them for all of our cat sitting needs moving forward - we're so glad we found them. They made sure all 4 of our cats continued to have a calm, clean, and safe environment while we were gone. We felt so at ease by getting all of those pictures and written updates - we know our cats were taken care of and happy!

He would bark and look pretty intimidating to anyone that passed. Luckily, I found Bridget and she taught me how to build his and my confidence. She taught me how to communicate with him and spent hours giving me "homework" to do with him on a regular basis. I could not believe how quickly he responded to her direction and it motivated me to know that I could do that too! Now, after just a few months, everyone has noticed that my guy looks much more confident and he's just happy being a dog. Bridget is always available by phone to continue answering questions and giving us tips along the way. Thanks Bridget for everything! She's the real deal people!

From the owner: As a Dog Behaviorist, my mission is to educate people and get them to really understand everything…read morefrom a dog's point of view. Behavior Dog Training starts with seeing things from the dog's perspective, understanding dogs for whom they truly are, and the way they communicate which makes them realize and understand the dog is not being disrespectful - there is just simply a communication breakdown between them and their dog. When people obtain this knowledge and see how easy it is to communicate with their dog, everyone is happy, and the dog remains in a forever home instead of being surrendered to the shelter. My Approach My approach is not the typical, standard type of methods used in the various types of Obedience Training. These methods stem from and are based on the Human Thought Process. My methods of training which I like to refer to as Teaching and Communicating are based on the Animal Thought Process. I teach and communicate to dogs the way a Mama would do with her pups. There are no commands - there is no speaking. You do not see a Mama look at one pup and go "woof woof woof" look at the next pup and go " woof woof woof" That's just not reality. Dogs communicate through emotions and body language, and that is how we communicate with them. Just like working with horses the direction is minimal; it is the handler's calm and confident state of mind that enforces that direction.

About a week before leaving for the holidays, we called Lissette and she happily agreed to watch our two cats. A few days into our trip, something came up that made us extend. No problem, a quick text to Lissette and she assured us that all is taken care of. Our cats even ran out of food during the trip. Instead of having to order a bag online and have it shipped, Lissette went to the exact pet store we fequent and get the exact same bag of food we feed our cats. One thing I really liked about her services, beside the crazy affordable rate, was that she requested payment at the end of the service. She wanted to make sure we were happy with her feeding, litter clean-up, etc. Additonally, my cats are very shy. I warned her that she may not see either of them for a few days. Well, 2 days into her stopping over, both I received a photo of both cats cuddling up to Lissette! Oh, and she offers to take in your mail, newspaper, and any other normal house sitting services that I did not expect from a pet sitter!
