I want to be clear that my puppy didn't end up attending because of my experience beforehand. That…read moresaid, I think people should be aware of what I experienced. First, I called them about nine times before someone finally picked up the phone. They are incredibly difficult to get in touch with. I was told that there was only one girl manning the phones, so she had to decline my call. If you're boarding your dog somewhere, that shouldn't happen or even be a possibility. If I can't reliably get in touch with someone, how am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my puppy there for an extended period of time? Second, I saw poop sitting in one of the premium kennels. There wasn't even a dog in the kennel, yet while I was on a tour, no one had cleaned it up. That was pretty concerning to see, especially during a tour where you would expect the facility to be presented at its best. Third, there was a woman at the front desk who couldn't stop complaining about this or that. It came across as extremely unprofessional. The entire tour also felt more like an advertisement for the facility than an opportunity to understand why the employees actually enjoy working with dogs. The whole experience felt very artificial, and ultimately, I didn't feel comfortable trusting the people there with my dog. Again, the actual facility itself might be perfectly fine. I didn't see anything truly horrible while walking through, but the overall environment did feel very much like a hospital. For me, though, the lack of communication and the things I experienced during the tour were enough to make me look elsewhere. If you can't reliably get someone on the phone or receive a response to an email, I don't feel comfortable leaving my puppy there for an extended period of time.

One time I brought him here for a haircut and it was taking an unusually longer amount of time than normal and I was told he was still in the cage waiting for bath time. After several hours, I called again, still in cage. Then after 10 minutes they called and said he was ready . I found this unusual but didn't say anything. When I took him home, I found out that they had not given him a physical bath but threw some spray was on him which was caked up on his neck. Fraud and yet they still charged me the full grooming price. Never again

I have been using this place about twice a year for the past several years. My dog is now 6 years…read moreold, and during that entire time, I have never gone anywhere else. Even when my dog had minor injuries, such as small cuts on the ears, I chose to overlook them and simply asked the staff to be more careful. When the coat was cut too short or the face grooming was uneven, I still tried to be understanding. Depending on the groomer, there were also times when my dog came back looking very nice. Most of the time, even if I wasn't fully satisfied, I let it go because the location is close to my home and I only visit two or three times a year. However, today I had a very unpleasant experience. I was told that my dog had to be held by two people for a full three hours, and because it had been six months since the last visit, they had no choice but to cut the coat very short. This was especially upsetting because I clearly asked them not to cut the hair too short. If it was absolutely necessary, they should have contacted me first to explain the situation and ask for my consent. Also, if the grooming required extra time and effort, they should have informed me in advance about any additional charges. I would have been willing to pay more. On top of that, my dog had a wound on the tail, and I was told it was from a previous injury. While that may be possible, it could also have been aggravated during grooming. What upset me the most was not just the situation itself, but the attitude of the staff. I did not feel this angry even when my dog had injuries on both ears in the past. Even when the coat was shaved too short before, I would not have been this upset if they had simply communicated with me beforehand. What I find even more confusing is that in the past, even when my dog's coat was severely matted, they managed to carefully detangle it and groom my dog into a full and beautiful style. This time, I had even brushed my dog beforehand, yet they still shaved the coat without consulting me. I do not understand why it was possible before but not this time. As a result, I will no longer use this place, and I will not recommend it to others. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, whether complaints or compliments, but I sincerely hope that others do not have to go through the same experience I had here.
