I made the arrangements with Alice over the phone on various phone calls. She assured me that she would take care of my pup on his first solo trip. She was there on the date and time agreed and sent me two beautiful pictures of my boy leaving the pet boarding and secured in the backseat of the car. He was safely moved with his bed and belongings and arrived happy and well. We are happy with the service and recommend this business. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that Alice advised that she would need someone to get my dog from the car rather than her taking the pup inside, which caused a bit of confusion on the delivery end, as in their experience pet taxis drivers would bring the dogs in.
